This cozy 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom is located on the second floor of the Summerwind Resort over looking the pool and gorgeous emerald waters of Navarre Beach. The open floor plan includes a private master bedroom with a king sized bed, as well as two twin bunks built into a alcove in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Also included: a fully furnished kitchen and a gulf front balcony. This condo is perfect for couples and small families that want to enjoy Navarre Beaches' true beauty and have "No Worries". The sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico are waiting for you on Navarre Beach. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

It was very nice and clean and comfortable. I liked the location being close to the bridge made it easier going back and forth to town.

Everything was amazing! Easy access to everything! Loved being here this time of year. Hardly any wait time anywhere. Loved the wearing of wrist bands and a person on patrol. Everyone was very friendly. Would’ve like more comfortable deck furniture - but not a game changer.

Can't get closer to the beach!

Location and quality of resort amenities were top notch. Navarre is a special place! Marked property management down a touch because instructions on the website about when to expect communication was not correct on website (check-in instructions and parking pass). One of fridge drawers was also broken.Would stay there again 100%

Navarre- we will be back!

Summerwind was Excellent! Employees always cleaning and accommodating. Security at beach access. Easy beach access and 3 pools Beach was beautiful and constantly maintained. Perfect location. Could walk to two amazing restaurants and the pier. Our condo unit could use a few updates. But overall good. We will be back!

Vacation stay

The place was average, but clean. It was below our expectations. The negative was that it was located next to public beach and a lot of seaweed in the water.

The dryer kept going out, the ac wasn't working well on the last two days. The pool restroom was very dirty. There was poor drainage around the pool area. The bed in the main bedroom had a very loose and wobbly frame. The location and area were very pleasant.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was great to see everyday (even though it was overcast). Being right above the pool (2nd floor) was never too noisy or bothersome. You are within a short walking distance to 3 great restaurant/bars. The overrall cleaniness of room was excellent along with the overral condo property, and the amount of space of the condo was great for 2 adults (and possibly 2 smaller children). If you are looking for a relaxing stay without having to worry about too many people around then Navarre is a great choice to pick.

Excellent Condo - Exactly as Described

The property management is top notch. Very clean and great communication and directions for everything. No complaints. Internet connection was great, that's a big deal for us. FYI, no smart TV or Blue Ray Player with the apps. Not a deal breaker for us. Just letting others know. Cable TV worked just fine. Plenty of towels, etc. Great location too.
