Easy to find and it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach. Super cute and updated decor. Bed is very comfortable. Had just enough linen for 2 guests. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo that has all of your needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to booking again next year. Condo has great access to Wells Beach and shops along Mile Road.Chuck & Janet are great hosts. Always answered any questions that we had promptly. Rich & Barbara

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable kitchen with quality dishware and cooking utensils, perfect for eating in. The parking space was close to the unit and the ocean was only a short walk. Chuck, the owner, was very attentive to our needs, responding quickly to our questions. Top notch customer service. Would recommend this unit for a couple’s get-away or a family vacation. Either way, you’ll be highly satisfied.

This condo was perfect for a weekend trip with my husband. Check in was easy, the bed was comfortable and shower was great, and although we didn't cook much the kitchen seemed well stocked. I loved being so close to the water, we walked over to the beach for sunrise and sunset almost every day. We did day trips to Portland, Kennebunkbort and Ogonquit, but I liked being able to come back to a quieter town each evening and having an easy (and free!) place to park. Just up the road was a grocery store and some great restaurants. Communication with the hosts was easy, they were very responsive and kind. We loved our stay and would definitely try to book again.

Description of condo was spot on, quiet area, communication with host excellent. Location perfect, minutes from the beach an easy walk. Condo was clean and inviting. Furnishing were comfortable and decor lovely. Local shops and restaurants conveniently just a short walk from the condo!

Hosts were very quick and helpful with any questions we had. Condo was extremely clean and welcoming. Kitchen had everything we needed, great storage and the bed was comfortable! Just a few steps away from shops, coffee/food/smoothies and a bunch of cute shops! Not to mention an arcade next door too! Property was very quiet even though we were close to so many fun things. And as the posting says, the beach was less than a minute walk! Would 100% stay again.

Had a wonderful stay and loved the location so close to the ocean. Communication with owner was prompt and check in/out was an easy process. Wells beach is a great centrally located to explore up and down the Maine coast. Lots of nearby restaurant choices for fresh seafood

Great location. Close to Wells Beach and quick drive to Ogunquit and the Kennebunks. Friendly and responsive hosts. Exterior a bit worn down, but nicely decorated interior.
