Thank you so much for your thoughtful and honest review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the beautiful Gulf views, and peaceful surroundings, it really is a special spot for relaxing. The complex is definitely known for its calm and tranquil atmosphere. That said, during the summer months, there are certainly other families with children staying at the complex as well, creating a nice balance of relaxation and family-friendly energy. Thank you for staying with us!

Thank you for your review and feedback! We love hearing this is one of the nicest condos you have stayed in and that we could help make your vacation relaxing and smooth. The building next door is doing some construction, but thankfully the noise from that does not affect this unit as much since it is opposite sides of the building with the pool in-between. Thank you for your feedback on the pull out sofa, we will send your note to the owners. Thanks for staying with us!

Thank you for your review and for staying with us! We wish you would have told us about these other two items, we would have had the cleaner come out to fix any cleaning issues, and had the handyman check out the ice maker while they were already there. Thank you again for staying with us and enjoying this beachfront Indian Shores condo!

Thank you for your glowing review and 5 star rating! We are so happy we could help make your stay wonderful and relaxing. We look forward to hosting you again soon for more beachy memories and fun!

Thank you for your review and rating! We're happy to hear you enjoyed the lovely weather during your stay and that the condo’s updated kitchen, modern furnishings, and open living space met your expectations. We're also glad the beach chairs and umbrellas came in handy- we know how important those little extras can be! As noted in the listing and images, this 3 BR condo is not directly over the beach- it is set back slightly with a view of the beach and water off the balcony, and from the living room and master bedroom. There is even a view of the intercoastal waterway (across the street) from the balcony with its unique positioning. We’re glad you had a pleasant visit overall and hope you enjoyed the natural beauty and peaceful beach just steps away from the condo!
