We had a wonderful stay last week with three families with kids of all ages! The house is gorgeous and there was plenty of room for us to all spread out. The pools in the complex each have their own "personality," but the largest one with the splash-pad and small lazy river was our favorite. There's also a other one that looked like it would be good for lounging and laps, if you're into that instead. Check-in and check-out were easy, pretty much the same requests as most rentals. Harry was very responsive and helpful, and we would totally rent from him again! This rental was pretty new with no reviews, but we took a chance and I'm glad we did.

The location was great. The house fit the needs for our family of 10. However, there was no outside patio of any sort. We enjoyed the community that the house was located in. Having no outside area to enjoy will probably make us hesitate to rent this house again. That is the only negative that we have.

The house was great! Loved all the bathrooms!! 4 couples and four small children, with plenty of space to spare!! Very clean. Appreciated the splash pad and the shuttle service to the beach!! Backyard is not sued for small children, as there is a pond out the back door. No patio, no fence, just mud.
