Mountain view exceptional, everything we needed, ski in and ski out with lockable lockers for your skis with door to where you walk out to walk to slope.

Overall, the Sunstone is a nice place to stay. Just be prepared to not have a functional fireplace, even though it is touted as one of the amenities.

Fantastic ski in ski out conditions, easy access. Unit is at end of hall making it extra quiet. Only issue was toaster needs replacing and only toasts on one side. mammoth vacation rentals is the best!

Excellent location. Easy check-in and a great ski in ski out experience. Units bathroom a bit dated but clean. Would gladly stay there again.

Nice end unit with a great view. Very small but clean and comfortable for my son and me. I think four would be very crowded. There were some maintenance issues but the host took care of them immediately. Comfortably appointed with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Good bathroom with plenty of towels. Parking is very easy and ski locker was a great bonus. Can’t beat the location with ski in/out right to the base of Eagle.

SKI TRIP

last minute trip. good price. great accomidations. awesome ski in/ski out ramp ! Need headlamp in locker room.. dim light to see combo locks.

Nice place but NOT a panoramic view

The condo was nice, with a nice view (not slope side), NOT a panoramic view as described, this is misleading. You only have windows on one side of the condo. The fire alarm was set off in the building 4 times, literally once everyday we were there and had to evacuate the building each time. I have stayed at Sunstone before and this is an issue. Check in was challenging as you had to look in the fine print for the key box number, although the code was written in bold and enlarged for you to find in check in information, doesn’t make sense that the box number isn’t with that information. Also, we felt a bit slighted as the host told us we couldn’t check in early because there was a late check out which was fine but when we asked for a late check out we were told no and that we had to check out at 10am, which I feel is too early of a check out especially when you are skiing and have a lot of gear to move, disappointed they couldn’t even give us an hour. Also, the threats of a 50 dollar charge if you lose a key card or parking pass was a bit extreme. All in all, the Sunstone is a convenient place to stay and the condo made access to the slopes convenient.

Excellent location, easy drive down to points of interest. Kitchen we'll supplied. Instructions driving to the checking were poor. Critical to turn in all room key cards and parking placard.Would definitely stay there again!
