Excellent

Our accommodations were great. The condo's location was fair/good in terms of being walkable to many locations. The one big negative was the pool was not heated so we never had the opportunity to use it. SPI was wonderful to work with. Your employees were courteous and patient with us as we were first time visitors. We had several calls to maintenance as our door look was having problems and finally had to be replaced. The maintenance staff was prompt, professional and friendly. We will definitely use your company again if we return to South Padre Island.

Beautiful, clean condo decorated beautifully. Great location to the beach! Literally a few houses away from the rental. The beds were super comfy and the condo was well furnished, including the kitchen stocked with basics. We cooked most of our meals at the rental - very minor detail, but wish there would have been an outdoor gas grill to use. No lounge chairs by the pool or beach towels - so come prepared. Loved our stay - perfect set up for a large group and kids.
