12th Ave South is home to great local Nashville shopping and restaurants. Whether you're shopping for jeans at Imogene+Willie or Draper James, or grabbing coffee at Frothy Monkey, 12th Ave South has something for you to enjoy!
- On a beautiful day, you will find Sevier Park full of families enjoying popsicles from Las Paletas, ice cream from Jeni's, or cookies from Christie's cookies.
- Only a 5 minute Uber/Lyft, you will find the Gulch which is home to more local restaurants, shopping and rooftop bars. From there, you are within walking distance to the famous Broadway Honky-Tonks!
- On a beautiful day, you will find Sevier Park full of families enjoying popsicles from Las Paletas, ice cream from Jeni's, or cookies from Christie's cookies.
