The space
Welcome to The Creekside Victorian Retreat! As you enter, you'll be transported to a bygone era, with exquisite Victorian decor adorning every room. Glittering chandeliers, plush velvet accents and antique furnishings create an ambiance of timeless elegance. The back deck is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, with comfy seating and gorgeous views of Deer Creek.

Entry:
- The home is equipped with a smart keypad on the front door, providing contactless entry. The code generated for you will be unique for your stay and no one else will be given this code.
- In an effort to maintain a clean environment throughout your stay, we respectfully request you remove your shoes upon entering the home. We provide a shoe shelf on the entry deck.

Living Area:
The living area is located on the main level and offers a Roku TV to stream your favorite shows or movies.

Other Things to Note
✔ The Creekside Retreat is attached to an upper unit. You may rent both the upper and lower unit together or just 1 unit. The upper unit has its own private entrance. The stair access, laundry facilities & BBQ area are communal areas, which are located on the lowest deck. The deck area outside Bedroom #2 is designated for the lower unit. ✔ Due to our prime downtown location, you may hear some typical city sounds, such as traffic & pedestrians. Guests who are particularly sensitive to noise may wish to use earplugs and/or the white-noise machines that we provide.
✔ Please exercise extreme caution when enjoying the back deck. Watch your step if walking up or down the stairs and never leave children unattended on the deck.
✔ In an effort to maintain a clean environment throughout your stay, we respectfully request you remove your shoes upon entering the home. We provide a shoe shelf on the entry deck.
✔ We have a very strict no party rule with this property. Any violation of this will be an immediate eviction & fine.
✔ Quiet times are from 10pm - 7am.
✔ Parking - There is no on site parking available. Free street parking is available approximately 50 yards from the home. If you happen to be booking a stay during a holiday and/or special event, we highly recommend securing a parking spot early and don't move it until the event is over. Currently, Nevada City is low on free parking spots due to construction on the bridge.
✔ Pets: one well-behaved, well socialized dog is welcome at The Creekside Retreat with an additional $50 pet fee. We kindly request that your dog does not get up on furniture or in beds, in an effort to not destroy linens or furniture and maintain a clean environment for future guests. Pets must never be left unattended in the rental at any time, whether or not in a kennel crate, without first checking with the host and getting approval. Pets must be under direct supervision if outside. Guests are required to clean up after their pets on the property and the surrounding area. As responsible pet owners, guests accept full responsibility for their pets and any damages caused by the pets during their stay.
