Welcome to 1003 Margate, this newly redecorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo will be your welcome home-away-from-home at the beach! The living areas are cool and inviting, the serene colors evoke the feel of the beach. The living room features 2 sofas, with one having a pullout bed, a large smart TV and access to the oceanfront balcony. The dining area is open to the living room and continues those beautiful beach hues, the table seats 6 and there is a bistro table in the breakfast nook for additional seating. This space also has an inviting seating area to read at or to spend time simply enjoying your surrounds. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. It features granite countertops, marble floors and all stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen is the laundry room where the full-sized washer and dryer are and an additional entrance to the condo.

The primary bedroom is lovely; it features a king bed (you can see the ocean from the bed!), desk for those that need it, a couple of club chairs, a huge en-suite with double vanity, jetted tub and separate shower and access to that amazing oceanfront balcony. The first guest bedroom features 2 full sized beds, has a terrific ocean view and an en-suite with a large vanity and glass enclosed shower. The second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a very cool bench and a smart TV. Around the corner from this room is the 3 piece guest bathroom.

The oceanfront balcony is a perfect place to spend time enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine as you listen to the sounds of the waves below. The balcony has a table with seating for 2, a lounger and a rocker swivel chair with a footrest. This 10th floor view is hard to beat!!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, 78Fitness, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

Have stayed at Margate many times,But this was the first time in this unit. Loved the large balcony and we had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and the home was nicely appointed. We will be back.

Chill Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great-felt more calm and peaceful than neighbor condos in same complex. The gym and spa were perfect. The condo layout and rooms were spacious. Afternoon shade. Housekeeping of bed comforters and pillow shams need a deep clean(they were dirty); walls need to be wiped in bathroom toilet area, better swifter and vacuum under furniture (plenty of crumbs from past guests) and master mattress needs replacing (we slept in the twin beds). We like to think we are easygoing so we didn’t let these things take away from our stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great experience! Location was good? Just a short walk to the water park for the children. The unit was extremely clean! Our only complaint was the bed in the master suite was terrible. It was extremely soft and felt like you were on a roller coaster ride all night. The only reason I wouldn’t stay back at this property is because of the master suite bed. My wife and I woke up every morning with a sore back. The master suite, shower door wasn’t properly aligned so you had to manipulate it for the shower door to shut. Aside from those two things the condo was phenomenal. Location was great. Cleanliness was great. Amenities were good as well. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend this property is because of the master bed.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Our stay was exceptional. The condo was clean and decor was stylish and very up to date. The amenities speak for themselves while staying at Kingston and having an all access pass, but the condo stands alone for quality and relaxation. I would definitely recommend booking and hope to stay here again in the future.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location is great, and the oceanfront views are unbelievable. We loved having access to the waterpark and the resort amenities.

The beach and the pool at the condo were great but we also loved being able to easily access the other pools, restaurants and amenities on the resort. Their customer service from Courtney and Rachelle is top tier. I’ve had bad experiences with other places and realized I should’ve went where everything is where you need it. I’m speaking for parents ages 7 & 9) and non parents. They value there patrons and seek to help you with any concerns.
