This condo offers 759 square feet with one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 4 guests.

From the communal garage, take the stairs to the 2nd level condo.

Living Room:
Step into a cozy living room designed with a mountain aesthetic and comfortable furnishings. The space features a queen sleeper sofa and an oversized chair, perfect for relaxing by the wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 50” Vizio TV with cable, or step out onto the private patio equipped with a hot tub and two rocking chairs, where you can find wood for the fireplace.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen boasts stylish stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a drip coffee maker. Enjoy casual meals at the bar seating for two or prepare homemade creations with ease.

Dining Area:
Situated in the living area, the wood dining table comfortably seats four, providing a perfect spot for meals and gatherings.

Bedroom: The bedroom features a king bed, a 43” Insignia TV, and a slider door leading to the patio with the private hot tub. The room has access to the full shared bathroom.

Great location, place

Easy walk to lifts. Place was clean and comfortable. Hot tub a big bonus.

Great location, condo could use some work

The proximity to Snow Park Lodge inDeer Valley is amazing. The condo is right next to the bus stop, so it’s super easy to get to Park city as well. The garage under the condo was convenient as well although the ceiling is pretty low, so if your vehicle has a roof rack, it may not fit.The condo itself was as advertised with a king size bed, a full bath, and 1/2 bath. A full kitchen is present as well. There is a pullout couch as well on which our 10 year-old slept. He said it was fine, but I think only a child would be OK with sleeping on the pullout couch as the mattress is very thin and you can feel the springs. There were a lot of empty liquor bottles in the cabinet above the stove. The cabinets in the kitchen had a funky smell. A basic amount of dishes, glasses, and silverware are present in the kitchen.The actual bed comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good. As was mentioned in another review, the blinds in the bedroom are broken. I was able to set up the slats that had broken from the blinds to block the light coming in, so the light didn’t wake us up early or keep us from going to sleep, but these blinds do need to be fixed.Shower was good except for the shower curtain is too short. Also, the water heater is set too high, so be careful with small children.Overall, the condo was not luxurious, but was what we needed, and was a good value. I would stay there again, but it would be nice if some of the things listed above were fixed.

Broken shade in Master bedroom

Overall the property is as listed. However the master bedroom shade had been broken by a previous guest and only closes partly over the sliding glass door. As a result the lights from the neighboring condo flood into the unit at night and as soon as the sun shines the bedroom is filled with light. A further wonder is the lack of privacy when you are changing cloths. I would suggest making sure the unit fixes this shade before renting it
