Attention Triathletes! In the heart of Clermont. 5 min. to Downtown (check out the weekly farmers market on Sunday). 5 min to Waterfront park (Choice of Champions). 10 min to the National Training Center. 35 minutes to Disney World. 40 min to Orlando International Airport. 13 minutes to Montverde Academy. 40 minutes to The Villages.

This recently built property is located in Downtown Clermont and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a plush sleeper sofa and upgraded features and finishes throughout.
Master Bed is a King, Guest Bed is a Queen and Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room is a Queen.

Walking distance to Downtown Clermont’s own main st (named Montrose St). This quaint downtown area features some awesome new restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and more!
Farmers Market every Sunday from 10-2.
Food Trucks Saturday of each month 3-7:00pm
A must! New opening of Salt Shack on the water.

*Bed Linens are provided.

(2) pets allowed per reservation for a fee of $50

Early Check In upon request when available for a flat fee of $30. The earliest Check In time is 2:00pm.
No smoking inside the property. No Drugs and no parties/events. If smoking is found inside the property, the host can request $200-$500 to restore the property.
We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets.
Guest must provide Quiet Enjoyment to neighbors. Guest must follow Quiet Hours Policy.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The location was within walking distance of historic downtown area, which is very convenient. Also, within walking distance of the walking trail next to the lake, which was very scenic. The property had everything we needed for it a family of five. We’ll definitely stay here again. Great place!

This place is clean, well kept and close to downtown Clermont with lots of things to do and near a trail on the lake. The host is a great and responsive.

Niece’s Wedding Weekend

We came from Pensacola Fl for my niece’s wedding. Debbie was a gracious host and her rental was perfect. We had a blast. We also enjoyed being so close to downtown Clermont. We did a lot of walking and visited some yummy restaurants and cute shops. We will definitely be back!

Work trip

This property was perfect for my stay. I was in the area for business, and the location was great for access to everything. It was very clean and everything worked as it should. The only minor thing I would change is that there is not very many pots/pans or cooking utensils. And no spice rack. Other than that, the place is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
