Located at the heart of Clermont, this perfect retreat is just a leisurely 5-minute stroll to downtown and the beautiful Waterfront Park. Triathletes, note the easy 10-minute drive to The National Training Center to refine your athletic skills. Disney World is a quick, 35-minute drive for an exciting family adventure, Montverde Academy is just 13 minutes away, and you can get to Orlando International Airport or The Villages within 40 minutes. This contemporary 2-befroom property with 2 full baths also features a comfortable small full sleeper sofa and an array of premium upgrades throughout. Lose yourself in the plush comfort of the king-sized Master Bed or the Queen-sized guest Bed. For additional guests, the full-sized Sleeper Sofa in the Living room can serve as an inviting retreat. Step out and explore Downtown Clermont's charming main street, Montrose St., brimming with exceptional new restaurants, coffee shops, quaint boutiques and more. Don't miss the Farmers Market every Sunday from 10-2, or the eagerly anticipated Food Trucks, courtesy of the first Saturday of each month from 3:00-7:00. For those with a love for the seas, check out Salt Shack on the Water. "Game On Clermont", located at 524 West Ave., is another must-visit spot6 where you can enjoy an arcade, games, and a full liquor bar from 3-10PM. Bed linens are included for your convenience, Early Check-In is offered upon request, subject to availability, for a flat fee of $30. The earliest check-in is at 2PM with an assu4rance provided only a day prior to your stay.

Super convenient location - easy walk to downtown restaurants and South Lake Trail for walking, running, and biking. House was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Great WiFi. Perfect for us and our dogs.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The location was within walking distance of historic downtown area, which is very convenient. Also, within walking distance of the walking trail next to the lake, which was very scenic. The property had everything we needed for it a family of five. We’ll definitely stay here again. Great place!

Niece’s Wedding Weekend

We came from Pensacola Fl for my niece’s wedding. Debbie was a gracious host and her rental was perfect. We had a blast. We also enjoyed being so close to downtown Clermont. We did a lot of walking and visited some yummy restaurants and cute shops. We will definitely be back!

Work trip

This property was perfect for my stay. I was in the area for business, and the location was great for access to everything. It was very clean and everything worked as it should. The only minor thing I would change is that there is not very many pots/pans or cooking utensils. And no spice rack. Other than that, the place is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
