This exquisite gem, nestled amidst charming cafes, top-notch restaurants, unique boutiques and tranquil parks, promises an unrivalled escape. With renowned cycling and running routes just steps away, this is the ultimate destination for active adventurers and city explorers alike. Immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of downtown Clermont with just a 5-minute walk away. Reach essential spots like the National Training and Montverde Academy within a swift 10 and 13-minute drive respectively. The magic of Disney World and the sweeping metropolis of Orlando are also with an accessible 35- and 40-minute driving distance. Our deluxe accommodation incudes a spacious King-size master bed, a plus Queen guest bed, and a cozy Small Full Sleeper sofa gracing the living room. enjoy local highlights like the new Salt Shack on the waterfront, the vibrant Sunday Farmer's Market buzzing from 10 am - 2 pm, exciting Food trucks visiting downtown Clermont of the first Saturday of every month from 3:00-7:00 PM, and the immersive Game On Clermont Arcade, complete with a full liquor bar, open from 3-10 PM. Complimentary bed linens are provided for your convenience. Take advantage of our option for early check-in for a nominal fee of $30, subject to availability. The earlies possible check-in is at 2PM. Please note that an early check-in can only be confirmed the day prior to your stay.

Stroll to local shops, a variety of restaurants and the popular Food Trucks that gather on the First Saturday of each month from 3-7PM. You'll also be just steps from the Farmers Market on Sunday from 10-2PM- great for fresh produce, local goods and a true taste of the community.
