Come enjoy the luxuries of downtown Clermont living in this wonderfully updated property. This newer property is located in Downtown Clermont and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a plush sleeper sofa and upgraded features and finishes throughout.

Attention Triathletes! In the heart of Clermont. 5 min. to Downtown 5 min to Waterfront Park. 10 min to the National Training Center. 35 minutes to Disney World. 40 min to Orlando International Airport. 13 minutes to Montverde Academy. 40 minutes to The Villages.

Master bed is a King, Guest Bed is a Queen and the Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room is a Full.

Food Truck First Saturday of each month 3-7:00pm.

Farmers Market each Sunday 10-2PM.*Bed Linens are provided.

(2) Pets allowed for a fee of $50 per reservation.

Early Check In upon availability for a flat fee of $30. The earliest Check In time is 2:00pm. An Early Check In can only be guaranteed the day prior to your stay.
This property is a duplex each with a private residence.
No smoking inside the property. No Drugs and no parties/events. If smoking is found inside the property, the host can request $200-$500 to restore the property.
We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets.
Guest must provide Quiet Enjoyment to neighbors. Guest must follow Quiet Hours Policy.

We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving weekend. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, very close, 3 min, to downtown Clermont. Everything was very clean, beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a fun stay. The host is very responsive and the check-in and out process was super easy! Its about 35min west of Orlando, an easy trip over if you want or need to go, but we preferred downtown Clermont and recommend Pepe's Cantina for yummy Mexican and Suncreek Brewery.

We still love locally and raised our kids in the same community we grew up in-a town known for its beautiful lakes, peaceful nature, and the softball and triathlon culture that brings everyone together throughout the year.

We love welcoming guests to experience the charm of our hometown, from early-morning walks by the lake to the energetic buzz of softball tournaments to race weekends. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or take part in the tournaments and triathlons yourself, we're happy to share local tips and help you feel right at home

For outdoor fun, the Waterfront Park is only a short walk away offering scenic views, open green space, and a relaxing place to unwind. Whether you are here to explore, dine or simply enjoy the charm of Clermont, this location puts it all right at your doorstep.
