This studio is a great option for 1 or 2 people wanting to visit Folly Beach, and have a little more solitude than a hotel provides.

Located 1 block from the beach, and one block from Center Street - the heart of downtown Folly - the unit features a queen bed, a HD flatscreen TV with Blu-ray player and unlimited streaming movies via Netflix, a convenience fridge, microwave & coffeemaker and access to an outdoor communal grill and gas fire pit.

All linens are provided.

really was a cool place to stay while in town, easy process, they communicated very well. the location being literally directly behind the mart was so awesome and fun. definitely stay here.

I expected it to be beach house shabby. I wasn’t expecting it to be that shabby. It was impossible to make it dark to sleep. There is a streetlight outside and the blinds don’t block the light. The a/c runs constantly. The door has holes in it and gaps around it. The bed frame is a flimsy metal frame but the mattress is comfortable. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, not a bad place to crash on a short beach visit. It’s just that the quality didn’t match the price.

Nice small dog friendly place

Great location! Short walk to the heart of Folly, and backside of Bert’s market. Nice and clean space to stay.

Perfect location!

The tiny studio is two blocks from the beach and two blocks from the shops and restaurants, we didn't have to drive anywhere!

Very nice, great location

Can’t beat the location as far as being able to walk to the beach, pier and restaurants/shopping. Really easy drive to downtown Charleston as well. Perfect spot for 2 people.
