Golfing, Traveling, Working? Family, Friends, Coworkers ? this place is a good fit for all of that, quite and private close to everything. 5 min to Quail Hollow golf club, 3 min to South Blvd (lots of restaurant), 7 min to park road (restaurants and bars), 15 min to downtown and airport. Just the right space, and the host (me) oh that's the best (hahah) love this business and love to take care of my guests, i try to please everyone with what is possible.

Weekend in Charlotte

It was perfect for our weekend stay. It was very clean with a comfortable couch. The bed was one of the best we’ve slept in while staying away from home. Over all was everything we needed.

The communication with the host us outstanding. There were safety concerns for us in connection with the stairs and our two-year-old. This had little to do with the listing and more to do with our lack of researching more on the make-up of the house. We booked for 15 days, and we checked out after 4 days. The safety concerns were that sufficient for us.

Carowinds visit

Planned a last minute trip to Carowinds. Wanted some extra space over a hotel. This was great. Rooms had amazing beds and the blackout curtains helped us enjoy a cool and quiet stay!

Property was as-advertised. Clean, but sparse. However, on the first night of our 3 night stay we saw and killed 2 cockroaches. Informed the manager the next morning. On second night we saw and killed 3 more. The next morning we notified manager that we had checked out early. Requested partial refund, but was denied.

The interior was exactly as advertised, no problems or issues. This is an end unit of townhouses. The first night a pile of beer bottles were outside the patio fence. the second night some of the tenants had a beer party right outside of our unit until 4:00 am. We checked out in the morning and all the beer bottles & trash was left right on the side of the unit. I do believe this has nothing to do with the host, but more about the location & adjacent tenants as the unit's itself was well presented, and the beds were comfortable.

Hey Todd, thank you for your review, I'm sorry the neighbors caused that discomfort for you, i'm also glad you found the unit comfortable and met your expectations. It is the first time for me having an issue with the neighbors, unfortunately it happened during your stay, hopefully this was an isolated circumstance.
