Good location. Near restaurants and other conveniences. Easy walk to the beach. A little noisy at night. Not enough towels. Had issues with the shower. Owner was hard to reach. She did make up for some of the inconveniences during our stay by giving a a late check out which was really appreciated.

Host experience was POOR. Delayed response when we reached out, questions were not answered, often ghosted. Accommodations were average. Very noisy neighborhood, although centrally located.

Your apartment is very cozy, comfortable, clean and had a warmth touch. It had all the necessary amenities, very modern and within walking distance to some very nice places. One recommendation is to have beach chairs. We would definitely recommend your place to friends and family. 9/10

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is a major highlight - close to both the beach and the airport, which made our early morning departure incredibly convenient (only about a 10-minute drive). Due to the proximity to the airport, we could hear planes taking off and landing, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs (which worked well for us).The neighborhood is also practical, with a supermarket about an 11-minute walk away and several quick dining options right across the street. Old San Juan is further away, with rideshares costing around 25–30 depending on the time of day during our stay. Another great perk is that many Viator tours offer pickup from nearby hotels. For example, the Royal Sonesta is only about a 4-minute walk away, making it very easy to join excursions.The apartment itself is comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. We especially appreciated the second bed in the living room; it was a big upgrade from a typical sofa sleeper and made the space much more accommodating for our group of three adults. The beach toys were a fun bonus. The kitchen is small but functional, with plenty of pots and pans for basic cooking. For those arriving by rental car, just note that unloading right at the entrance can depend on street parking availability. In our case, we briefly stopped near a neighboring building with hazard lights on to unload, then moved the car to a commercial parking behind Walgreens (5/day, no overnight).

This was my first time visiting Puerto Rico, and I truly could not have asked for a better place or a better host. The apartment is absolutely beautiful—spotless, perfectly laid out, and clearly designed with so much thought and care. Every detail has been considered, from the tasteful tropical yet subtle décor to practical touches like hangers on the balcony for wet clothes and comfortable chairs where you can relax and enjoy the view of the city.The location is unbeatable—just half a block from a wonderful beach—yet the apartment itself feels private and peaceful. The bedroom offers great privacy, and the two large, comfortable beds made it easy to truly rest. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay; it felt more like a thoughtfully curated home than a rental. Super conveniently located with stores, restaurants and transportation at the door.What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the hostess. She went above and beyond in every possible way. She was kind, and understanding. She was immediately available whenever we had a question or needed help. Any small inconvenience was addressed right away with care and professionalism.I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this host or this apartment. If you are visiting Puerto Rico—especially for the first time—this is the kind of place and host that makes your trip unforgettable. I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Cozy & Convenient Stay in Isla Verde – Steps from the Beach!

Our stay at this adorable 1-bedroom apartment in Isla Verde was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beautiful beach and right in the heart of everything happening in the area. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were essentials like towels, linens, and toiletries. The property felt safe and secure, with friendly and helpful security staff always present. It was a fantastic spot for our family reunion, with different family members staying over the course of five weeks, and everyone loved the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Our younger grandkids especially enjoyed the games that Elisa had in the apartment. The host, Elisa, was outstanding—always available and quick to help, even when my son lost his keys on the beach. This was truly a perfect seaside getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again!
