Was a great place and price for my Spartan race weekend. Only downside was absolutely no cell service. WiFi worked great… make sure you print or write your direction out before arriving… host communication is on point and will let you know the directions prior to your check in.

Hosts were great! Robert was quick to respond and offered great suggestions for the area. Everything we needed was provided as stated in the property description. Great location for visiting New River Gorge NP and the surrounding area.

We had fun staying at woodland adventures, the rv camper was clean, quiet surroundings, you would be at peace. The host has stocked up some snacks, coffee pods for refreshing and they were helpful.

The camper was clean and incredibly well appointed. We came with extra linens, expecting to have to supplement, but literally everything we needed was already there. Camper was cozy, and the pictures are exactly what you get. The nearby fire pit and small playground set was great for our kids. About a 20-ish minute drive to the New River Gorge Gauley Bridge Visitor Center. Owner was responsive and thorough. Checkin was easy. Would stay there again for any trip nearby!

All very good peaceful quite area, nicely stocked and great with info from host. The river area beautiful but thought it would be closer. It’s only 5 minute drive. The town of Fayetteville great with good restaurants and shops. Area apparently great for rafting and hiking. Very reasonably priced, well worth it, RV has nice slide that really makes a difference and a really nice deck and fire pit on grounds

Great communication! The location was also great. It was close enough to everything in Fayetteville and the surrounding area but was peaceful and away from any noise. Fair warning, download an offline map though. No reception on Verizon or ATT at the site. Good wifi though! A couple of concerns worth mentioning. We found old food bits in the microwave and oven. And there were little fruit flies (or something like that) inside the trailer. We made it a game to see how many we could kill. A little annoying. All in all it was a great spot.

Great location to do so many adventures. Quiet, feels like your own private camp spot. Check in was very easy and the communication between us and the host was great.

This place is a dream-very cozy and quiet, owner was helpful and friendly. Super close to Ace Adventure (we did a guided climbing trip with them). My daughter is 13 and hard to impress but she loved the swing set and her little bunk bed. Thank you for having us :)

Robert is wonderful and very helpful while letting you alone which was very appreciated. Very cute RV. Snacks and coffee were provided as well as towels and washcloths. Very quiet.

This RV was clean and larger than it looked from the outside. Our kids were spoiled with TVs, a swing set, and toys while the adults enjoyed the porch and peacefulness.

Robert had very good energy and put us at ease immediately. Our car broke down and he even suggested a mechanic whom we used and was great. The RV was clean and the heat and AC worked really well. He kindly provided coffee and snacks for us. It was extremely quiet and they let us be which we appreciated. I recommend arriving before dark as it's tricky to find at first. Thank you for a peaceful and tranquil visit. I have included a picture of the nearby Outlook at Hawks Nest State Park lodge which we highly recommend.

Our stay was great! The camper was very clean and was roomy for a camper! Plenty of clean linens, cookware, towels, and seating. We very much enjoyed the covered porch looking out into the woods. Outside was very quiet and you could even hear the New River in the distance. Very close to downtown Fayetteville, parks, amazing food, and activities. Definitely a great place to stay for couples or families.

This truly is a cozy camper! It has everything you need for a visit to Fayetteville, WV. Clean space with attention to detail, quiet and great outdoor amenities, and wonderful hosts! We were a family of 4 with a seven and 1 year old and it was perfect for us! Highly recommend this unique spot!!

Never said a word about wasps . Wasps probably got in because windows were left open during the day. She also was illegally charging car against house rules. Real disappointed in her.

My son and I stayed for 3 nights and found this gem to be perfect for our needs. We did not see any deer, but it was very tranquil and peaceful. The hosts, Robert and Vicki were wonderful to communicate with, as well as very accommodating. I will rent this place again in a heartbeat with my husband in the future. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable.
