Great vacation

My family had a wonderful time in Myrtle beach for the weekend. The overall hotel could use some updating/cleaning..but the room that we stayed in was clean, cozy, and convenient.

Wonderful Place

Really enjoyed this place! Pools were amazing and hot tubs were amazing. Loved all the indoor pools for rainy days. My kids and I had an great time.

Cozy get away

We had some issues during check in, due to the time share people not wanting to give us our wristbands that allowed access to all the amenities, but the hosts were readily available to help us resolve our issues and so understanding! I was thankful for how quickly they were to get in touch with the front desk staff. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was fairly clean but the cabinets we very dirty on the outside and need some repairs. Dishes were nice and clean. No fan in the bathroom. Carpet needs to be remove and beds need to be replaced. The room needs to be updated. The hotel is really confusing and disjointed. Slides are on a completely different side from the pool...so you can only be there for a little while because no real way to cool off. The hotel itself was really dirty and crowded. Elevators were breaking constantly. Two drug busts occurred while there. Probably will never go back.

The property has potential, the hotel can use some upgrades especially since the elevators were broke down off and on the whole time, the concrete in all hot tubs definitely needs to be cleaned with pressure washer, next time I would rather have a room with no carpet I just prefer hard wood flooring it doesn’t carry as much germs, the resort does have alot of places to eat but they are not open all the time so a heads up or flyer with time information would have been nice during the stay, I did learn from someone else that breakfast is included with your stay if you book directly through the hotel which would have been a nice option to offer free breakfast like most resorts do. The cleaners didn’t clean under the appliances because when we arrived we notice old ketchup packets and trash under air fryer but the rest of the room was clean.
