Beach lovers will appreciate being less than a mile from the sand at Del Mar Beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, surfing, or taking scenic sunset walks along the coast. The condo is also just steps from the famous Del Mar Fairgrounds, home to the San Diego County Fair and the exciting summer racing season at Del Mar Racetrack.

Getting around is easy with the nearby COASTER commuter rail station, offering convenient trips along the coast. With quick access to nearby freeways, you can easily explore surrounding beach towns and the greater San Diego area while still enjoying the relaxed charm of coastal living.
