Welcome to your home base in Mammoth Lakes! This condominium sleeps up to 8 and puts you close to in-town dining and The Village, with mountain views and access to a communal hot tub and pool.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, multi-level condo designed for easy mountain getaways. With 2 bedrooms, a loft sleeping area, and 2 full bathrooms, there’s room for families and groups to spread out. The main living areas offer a relaxed spot to unwind after a day outside, and you’ll have WiFi and a DVD player for simple entertainment.

Head outside to enjoy community BBQ grills for casual cookouts, and take advantage of the shared hot tub and pool when you’re ready to soak or splash. You’ll be in a convenient in-town location for quick trips to restaurants, groceries, parks, and paths, plus the energy of The Village at Mammoth.

• Stairs: This home has stairs (multi-level layout). Please see photos.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, internet speed and reliability—as well as cell service—can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the unassigned parking lot. Spaces are first-come, first-served; no additional parking beyond what’s described.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Local logistics: You’ll be a short drive to dining and groceries along Old Mammoth Rd and the Vons corridor, The Village at Mammoth, and local favorites like Mammoth Creek Park, Shady Rest Park, the Town Loop and Mammoth Creek Path, Sierra Star Golf (seasonal), Volcom Brothers Skatepark, winter Nordic at Shady Rest, the Community Recreation Center ice rink/RecZone, Hayden Cabin, the Mono County Library playground, and Mammoth Rock ’n’ Bowl.

Week in Mammoth

Overall the stay here was great, the property had a good location. It was close to the mountain and close to other businesses in town. The washing machine and dryer were new but didn’t work well(unable to do laundry). The kitchen was stocked well with spices, dishes and appliances. But the knives were very dull and they were missing a few little things(I’m being very picky, as I like to have certain utensils when I cook. But I was able to make over 12 meals without buying any major cooking equipment.) They had lots of games which was a nice plus, and the bbq worked well. The water in the faucets was very hot. But I think they could’ve updated the house rules and pool rules as it was a little confusing upon checkout as the papers printed in the VRBO contradicted the checkout procedures emailed to me. Overall I’d rate this VRBO a 8.2 out of 10.

Good location near shopping for two families

This unit is a mix of being fairly nice and a little rustic. The loft area was great for the kids to sleep in and the two sets of parents took the bedrooms. Both bedrooms had on suite bathrooms and a third bathroom off the living room. This is a 3 level unit so the two bedrooms are at the entry level, the main living space is the middle level, and the loft is the third level. The place was roomie enough for two families and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and glasses. If you are not looking for something to fancy, this is a great place. there is a shuttle stop just out the driveway to get to the slopes and it is one block to the shopping center. I would stay here again if I need room for 4 adults in the bedrooms and up to 7 in the loft.

Great property; heating instructions would help

Great property. The only problem is that the "smart" baseboard heating system had no instructions that we could find, and we had to rely on the old electric-fan system which was inadequate for the downstairs bedrooms. Adding detailed instructions on programming the baseboard system to the e-mailed welcome instructions would be invaluable.

Great mountain condo

This place was great. It is super cute inside, decorated to look like a mountain condo. Plenty of room for the whole family. The only complaint I have is that the beds are very hard. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall a good experience. Our only quibble was that management was a bit stingy with basic provisions (TP, soap, trash bags). But they did deliver extras promptly on request.

Great location. Good stay

Overall this property was good. The location is central and there is parking for two cars. There were 2 bedrooms plus a loft, which was perfect for 2 families. Check in was quick and easy. I didn't like that we had to take all the trash out (kitchen + 3 bathrooms) upon check out. Also, the cleaning crew is cutting corners (under the bed, in the couch cushions, etc.). Ample towels, blankets, etc. Kitchen was stocked with basic cookware and spices. Very large fridge and freezer. Beds were not comfortable.

Just what we needed.

Great space for two families in the 2 master bedrooms. Sleeping quarters in the loft for the kids. Well stocked kitchen, games, tvs, couldn't get the speakers to connect to the main tv. Close to all amenities.

Amazing place

We had a great time during our stay here. Te layout was perfect . Make sure you open all windows and enjoy the cool evening breeze . The kids loved sleeping up on the loft . Mammoth Condo

Condo was good size and well stocked with essentials . Interior clean but worn; however, BBQ and deck were not clean. Master bath shower drains very slow. Light bulbs out and no parking passes on arrival but staff in Mammoth quickly responded. The most disturbing part was the terrible fish smell in the kitchen on arrival (staff that visited with parking passes soon after arrival also smelled the odor) and the smell was just as bad when we departed. Cleaning staff should have informed the property management who in turn should have notified us before arrival. I did notify staff of issues we faced but have not heard back from management yet.

Enjoyable stay!

This property met our humble needs well. While the unit is somewhat dated, it is very well appointed with everything you need. The location is convenient, just a block from the Vons shopping center. The only thing I didn't like was that balcony faces a main street, and when a loud car or truck would go by we would sometimes have to pause our conversation. Check-in and parking were fantastic! The only other minor negative was that I emailed the property manager a few days before our arrival to see whether the pool and spa would be available due to covid, I never got a response. BTW the spa was not operating and the pool was available through signing up one group at a time. The grill and TVs were great and the place was super clean. We would stay again!
