good evening, thank you so much for the nice review. regarding the utensils that you are referring there that supposedly we do not have, we have 3 cabinets in the kitchen that just involve all of the utensils that are needed for the kitchen. I'am glad that you had an amazing and fun time during your stay. With the spiders and bugs it is part of nature so definitely agree that it can't be helped much. I hope to see you renting with us again in the future.

That it is not true that the house has no heating, it was so heated by them that it was impossible to enter. All the heating hitters were turned on

Thank you for your review and as much as we value all comments, tips and hints on proposed improvements, we also have the right to defend ourselves from reviews which intend to tarnish our image. We also feel obligated to warn other hosts against guests who use their words to extort money which are earned by hosts with hard work and to have weekend for half price or best for free. • We are not responsible for guests not paying attention to description on website listing, where it clearly says the outside of the house (and only outside) is equipped in surveillance cameras, also there are stickers with this information on corners of every window -they are not there for visual beauty but for guests to be aware of it. All cameras are widely visible for guests and they are for safety in case of any accidents, we have them for years as we are long time hosts, no one ever had any problems with them, especially that they are for safety. If anyone takes off their clothes outside of the house instead of change their clothes inside- it is their choice to be visible in the open area for everyone outside and also the neighbors to see them. • This is our common practice to check with the guests if they need cleaning of pool or hot tub during their stay, especially when the weather is not good and we know for a fact that when 10 guests plus kids use them the water gets dirty. The pool and hot tub is cleaned before guests’ arrival but we, as a courtesy, also ask guests during their stay if they need it as we want our guests to enjoy their stay and this practice always makes all guests happy. • Regarding hot tub cover, the guests informed us that was no power in outlet of the microwave, there was maintenance called to fix it as it occurred to be tripped fuse due to too many items were turned on at once by guests. The maintenance saw via porch glass door that the hot tub cover is completely not wrongly taken off the hot tub and as a result it got damaged. He knows damaging the hot tub cover will cost guests damage deposit, therefore he informed on correct way to store it-again as a courtesy. • The guests never mentioned anything about not working toilet, again in the agreement which guests should read with understanding there is statement that they have 24 hrs after their arrival to check and report any damages otherwise these will be counted towards their stay-mentioning broken toilet in the review after leaving while not mentioning it ever during their stay is simply not worth commenting. • Worth commenting is the fact that guests extensively used texting during their stay menacing in order to get back the cost they paid for the stay, they did not use app for that but were texting on cellphone, forcing host to return half of the cost-this practice is unforgiveable and we warn all hosts against taking guests of such sort. • As we are hosts for many years and we earned very good opinion and multiple 5 stars reviews during that time with our hard work and heart we put into renting out house we always welcome all honest gusts who want to spend time and enjoy their stay, who want to feel taken care of, who book their stay after reading the listing and rental agreement fully with understanding and agreeing with the points of it. We also warn all other hosts to be extra careful nowadays as even while being in business for many years any host can run upon pseudo guests who want to extort money and use their stay to their financial benefit and to ruin year long reputation of good people.
