Our stay was better than we imagined - subway was a block away; lively neighborhood; corner stores, great food, and bars were a few steps away; and West Village and Union Square was a lot closer than we thought (we walked there and back).The rooms were comfortable with enough space for luggage. Each room also had its own bathroom, which is a huge plus. All the amenities (laundry, fridge, a/c, kitchen) worked perfectly fine. Saturday nights could be a little loud with the front room facing the street, but nothing we couldn’t sleep through. Thank you Tom and team for the wonderful stay! The check in and check out communication was great leading up to the trip.

This apartment met all our needs for a week-long visit to NYC. We were a party of 3 and the space could easily accommodate at least 4. At just over a block to the L train, we had easy access to all parts of the city. There are plenty of good places to eat in the neighborhood as well as Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Target. Communication from the host was excellent.

Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor apartment in the lower east side. Small kitchenette for breakfast or light cooking. In unit laundry, so you can pack light. 5 minute walk to the subway, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Host was great with communication, and check in was easy.

This apartment was in a great location on the Lower East Side. It was 2 blocks from the subway and the bus stop so there was easy access all around the city. The apartment was clean and as advertised. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and still felt safe and quiet at night. Subway station is close. We also found a parking garage very nearby, and parking was under 200 for five days. Apt size and layout was good for two couples traveling together. Loved that there were two bathrooms!! Other reviewers mentioned issues with the AC. The AC worked and the apartment stayed cooled. One unit did leak but this was not an issue. We just laid a towel on the floor underneath of it. It was not leaking on anything and was working fine for our entire stay. Owner/property manager was quick to respond with a question we had upon our arrival. Would recommend and will stay here again!

Place was pretty nice and mostly well maintained. There were definitely a few problems, the bedroom AC leaks constantly, walls have tons of water damage, we woke up the first morning to a hugh puddle of water on the floor. Thankfully there was a mop bucket in the closet we could put under it to collect the water for the rest of our stay. The patio is filthy, could be such a nice little spot but there are no chairs and it’s littered with garbage and weeds. Lastly the 2nd bedroom door opens directly to the street and there is no chain on the door even though there is one on the front door where you need a code to get into the building. Close to some great food and fun places though and other than those things it was a nice place to stay.

Perfect stay for our family. Plenty of room for two adults and two toddlers. Close to the L line and a nice quiet block. Would definitely stay again!
