We had a wonderful time at the townhouse. The property was clean and organized with plenty of space. We enjoyed the great view of the marina. The beach was a few blocks away and was easy to get to.

The property is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. The master suite was so lovely and everything you would want in your own home. There were small amenities that make the stay easier. The garage protected our cars and the host provided garage door openers. We loved our stay.

Incredibly beautiful townhome with ample space for multiple families to vacation together! Nice, quiet location on the intracoastal canal with a short walk to the beach and easy access to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. The property was nicely equipped with all necessary appliances and remained very peaceful and comfortable due to the solid construction of the units. We loved the balcony access and enjoyed spending time out there having breakfast, morning coffee or ending the day together.24/7 security was present making you feel comfortable throughout your stay. We did find the neighborhood to be very safe and comfortable. We walked everywhere, so it was nice to have the beach cart, amenities like towels/chairs and the garage to keep the vehicles cool and protected throughout the day. Close to the pier and easy access on/off the beach to the mainland.It does seem that this is a new listing. Would recommend ceiling fans or side table fans in the bedrooms as they did get very warm at night. We could also have used a few more pots/pans, but overall, just a very peaceful, welcoming location!
