Fun in the summer

Property was clean and good for all our guests needs. We spent a lot of time outdoors white water rafting, golfing, and yard games was a good spot.

Golf Trip

Loved the property and location for our annual golf trip. We had a small appliance issue and our host was quick to help us with alternatives. We wish we could have stayed longer with the beautiful views and very comfortable furniture.

Happy with a large group of women weekend away!

We had 13 people sleep comfortably for two nights during a summer weekend. The house had absolutely everything we needed and more. No air conditioning in the house but the weather was great and the fans worked fine. Also great experience at the Barking Dawg market a mile drive away. Would recommend!

Beautiful house in a great location

My friends and I had a lovely stay in Bethel Maine. It was a great location to hikes, kayaking, and fun breweries. Mark was so kind and a great host. He was super helpful and a great communicator. I would love to come back and stay at this house again!

2023 Golf Trip

Very nice property ideally located to Sunday River Golf Club. Plenty of room for twelve adults. Hot tub was awesome! Fire pit was very enjoyable. Everything we needed was available at this property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great House with Plenty of Room!

This house was excellent. There was plenty of room for all 10 adults to stay with their own beds. The unit was as described and exceeded expectations. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed to cook in and grill for all nights that we stayed. The hosting company was great and easy to communicate with. The only caveat to our trip was that there is no A/C in the house and the first two days were very hot out. This is not a poor reflection on the house or the owners as the listing was accurate, we simply didn't realize that there is no air conditioning. Just sharing for future groups who may be considering a summer stay and not realize as well. The weather turned after the first two nights and the house cooled off to a comfortable level. Would absolutely return to this house and recommend to other groups!

Excellent location and clean, comfortable home

Beautiful home with view of Sunday River. Very comfortable for our large group in town for a ski race. Loved the huge living/eating/kitchen area on the main floor. Well outfitted kitchen helped as we cooked for ourselves during our stay.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This house is great for a family gathering! There is plenty of space for people to spread out, but still be able to feel part of the group. The house is very cool and met all our needs. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen we really well stocked with everything we needed. This was a huge plus!! Mark was great and answered any questions we had very quickly. We would definitely recommend this house. It is literally 5 minutes from the Sunday River base

Incredible property and beautiful setting!

My entire party agreed that this was our favorite rental property we had ever stayed at -- it was beautiful, unique, comfortable, and private. It has such great charm and amazing views, especially in the fall with the foliage. The property manager was also great to work with, very communicative and gave great recommendations for the area.

Beautiful and Secluded

Even though the barn originally dates to the mid 1800's, it has been fully restored and full of modern conveniences. We had a lovely visit and enjoyed the home very much. The location was ideal for some nice day trips to Mt. Washington, Portland and other scenic spots. Thank you for a fun few days in Maine!

Incredible property with outstanding views!

My friends and i had the BEST time at Mark’s property. The pictures don’t fully do this place justice of how gorgeous the views are. The decor was so cute and perfect for a cabin getaway. Definitely would love to return!

Sunday River Ski Barn

This property is as shown. Be sure you are aware that the 2 bedrooms upstairs have no ceiling. It is made CLEAR in the listing and you can see it in the pictures. I saw some renters hadn't read the description carefully and were caught off guard. The property is beautifully maintained, expertly cleaned with wonderful access to Sunday River. My extended family ages 22-75 stayed very comfortable together! Mark is very responsive to phone, text and email.

Great location, very comfortable

We came up with friends to go skiing at Sunday River. The house is very comfortable, spacious and was extremely clean! The location is super convenient to the mountain, with lovely views of one of the peaks.

Fantastic home

This home was one of the better ski house properties we've rented. From the bedroom layout, open spaces, space for the kids to hang out, games to play, a well-equipped kitchen, and a fantastic hot tub, we could not have asked for more. The home was well cared for and clean. The property management team was easy to work with. We even received a courtesy call from the property management team checking in as we were staying at the home during extremely cold weather and a possible storm. Hope to be able to rent this home again soon!

Surprise Party

We rented the barn for my brother’s surprise party and it did not disappoint! The barn is gorgeous. It’s spacious AND cozy! We had 12 adults there for the weekend and there was room to spare. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The common area is the perfect hang out spot and that VIEW is everything! Beds were comfy, the place was spotless, the management company was so easy to deal with. Our group will definitely be back!
