Enjoy both a large front and back patio—fully enclosed for safety and privacy, perfect for small children and pets. Ideal for lounging or dining al fresco. A hose is available on the front patio to rinse off sandy paws after a day at Rosie’s dog beach.

Just two blocks from vibrant 2nd Street, with over 200 restaurants, cafés, and unique shops, many with outdoor seating and pet-friendly policies. Von’s grocery store is a pleasant walk or quick 2-minute drive away. Uber and DoorDash are readily available, so you can go days without using your car.

Two properties, 'Cozy Ocean Retreat' and 'Park & 2nd' are centrally located in Long Beach, California's beautiful Belmont Shore. Both properties are feet away from the ocean, Los Alamitos Bay, five star restaurants and upscale shopping. We think our guests will fall in love with not only the shore area but also with 'Cozy Ocean Retreat' and 'Park & 2nd' of Belmont Shore.
Recently a new magical property has been added to our vacation dream properties. 'Wilmington Island Retreat' on Wilmington Island, Savannah Georgia.
We welcome pup visitors along with their humans! This property is customized for our pup travelers! 'Wilmington Island Retreat,' is just 20 minutes to Historic Downtown Savannah, GA and 10 minutes to beautiful Tybee Island, yet set in a quiet nature area off Betz Creek marsh. Perfect to unwind after a day of beach and play.
Please come stay in any of our properties. East Coast or West Coast. You will not be disappointed!

Belmont Shore is a unique family friendly, pet friendly intimate beach neighborhood that makes for a fantastic vacay. You can go days with out getting in your car everything is walkable! Excellent walkability rating. The beach is a block away including Rosie's dog beach which is known from North Hollywood all the way down to San Diego!. Enjoy over 200 restaurants, retail shopping or coffee shops just a block away! And the best for kayaking, paddle board and safe swimming for the kids is beautiful Los Alamitos Bay, also walkable! It's a magical, beautiful beach community that guests return to year after year.

Each mini split both heats and cools each room for individual comfort of our guests. All three units combined fully cool and heat the entire house. Yeah! Summer! We are ready!

'Cozy Ocean Retreat' also has a large front and back patio for your summer enjoyment. Both patios are fully enclosed, perfect for small children & pets. Comfortable for dinning or lounging.
All our restaurants and unique retail shops are on 2nd Street just a few minutes walk. Restaurants are open to outside dinning and are pet friendly.
We welcome pets at 'Cozy Ocean Retreat' and Rosie's dog beach is one block down the street! We have a hose off the enclosed front patio for bathing your four legged friend after a romp on Rosie's dog beach.
We ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the house unless crated.
Our private secure garage with remote, available for guests use has beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels.
