Nestled in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, this beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom multi-level townhouse in Lakeland Village offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and mountain charm. With spacious living areas, stylish finishes, and a prime location just steps from the lake, this home is ideal for family getaways or group retreats.
This home does not have air conditioning.

Lakeland Village is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe with something for every family member. Amenities include a heated lodge pool, plus during the summer months a kid's wading pool and lakeside pool, two shared hot tubs, a shared sauna, a fitness center, a beach, a picturesque pier, fire pits on the lakeside patio, and seasonal BBQs and boat buoys available first come first served. You are just minutes from top attractions such as Heavenly Ski Resort, world-class golfing, hiking, biking, Emerald Bay, dining options, shopping destinations, and Whole Foods Market.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

All linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach are provided. Boat, Bike, SUP & kayak rental are within walking distance in the summer, and ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

The maximum number of people allowed at this home is 12; this applies 24/7.

Awesome stay!

The place was beautiful and accommodated all of the needs I wanted. I wanted to give it a 5 star, but the hot tub, pool, and tennis court was down for the time I stayed, which I was looking for when I booked. But overall, I enjoyed my stay. Would stay again!

We're delighted to hear that the property met your needs and that you enjoyed your stay overall.  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unavailability of the hot tub and pool during your visit. We understand how disappointing that must have been and we hope to make it up to you during another stay in the future. For future guests to note - spring and summer are common times for maintenance projects in South Lake Tahoe due to winter restrictions. We promptly relay any maintenance closure information to our guests as soon as we are informed by the HOA to try to minimize disruption to plans. However we’re truly sorry of the unfortunate timing of these closures over your stay dates Gorden! Regarding the tennis courts at Lakeland Village, please note – that these courts have been closed for several years now and we have removed this amenity from the property listing.  For your next time to Tahoe, we recommend checking out Zephyr Cove Tennis Club, zctennis.com, for tennis courts that are open to the public.  We truly appreciate your understanding and your kind words about the property, Gorden! We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future for your next Tahoe adventure!

The check-in process was very smooth and easy. The kitchen had a lot of amenities and we enjoyed using the kitchen. The dishwasher was superb. The microwave and the range were easy to operate and convenient. We did not use the oven.

Family reunion

I brought my two daughters', son in law and four grandchildren to South Lake Tahoe to visit my son who lives there with his wife. The condo had plenty of room for all of us and the amenities and location were awesome! We experienced one of the most beautiful sunsets around the lake followed by perfect smores!! We were close enough to town that we scootered to dinner twice. This vacation and your condo will be remembered for years to come!!

Stairs were too much for the 70 year olds. No a/c but that was in the listing. In August it was warm, just opened windows. We loved the location by the pool and beach and in town.

Place could use some updating. Mattresses were a bit worn as were some of the kitchen items. Also could have used a vacuum and broom in the place to deal with the sand. There weren't either in the place.

Mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. However, we have shared your review with the owners for their consideration and have inspected all mattresses to make sure no replacements are needed. We’ll also do an audit of the kitchen items to make sure all is accounted for and replace items if needed. For future guests to note, there is a broom, dustpan and vacuum located in the laundry area of this home and we are available 7 days a week, from 9am-6pm PST if you are needing help locating any items in the home, or if you have any concerns or questions; we are always happy to help! This was a great place to stay for our Labor Day girls trip. Great location and amenities at the resort. Only a few things keeping this from being a 5-star stay:- the unit could use more lighting. There’s not overhead lighting so finding places for 10 ladies to do makeup was challenging. The mirrors near windows on the wall in the dining room helped ;)- many outlets were super loose so it was hard to find places to plug in our chargers and hair appliances. - lots of dust in areas that I would think would get regular cleaning (ex: nightstands) made me wonder about the cleanliness

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is too small especially when your cooking for 12 people. The electric stove is old and outdated in my opinion. I’m a fan of gas stoves. If it’s going to be electric it should be more modern. Not a fan of the electric BBQ either. For the price it wasn’t worth it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the overall feel of the home and loved the area. The only things that did not work well were the shades and the first floor fans in the bathrooms are very noisy but those were no big deal. However, I was disappointed that the volleyball net was not set up as it was one of the reasons we chose the property. We had been playing on a net that we thought was part of the property but got kicked off :( When we asked the front desk where we were allowed to play volleyball, they told us that the poll was missing and they were waiting on a replacement. Make sure it arrived if playing volleyball is part of your vacation :) Great stay otherwise!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great for our family reunion. We suggest that the coffee cups be enlarged to serve a full cup of coffee. Also, since Lakeland Village is operated by Aston resorts as well as RNR, each management company has slightly different rules which caused some confusion. We needed help on two occasions and despite the promise that someone would be reachable in two hours, it did not happen with a leaky coffee maker and we had to go through the on-site RNR manager for a locked closet. Finally, the written description needs updating on services available. For example there were no stand-up paddle boards available on-site. All in all we had a very good time.

We are sorry to hear of any confusion during your stay, while Aston Management is on-site, we here at RnR Vacation Rentals are the ones who are on-call—that is one of the many perks of renting with us. We are here to help within a two-hour response time when called, as was the case with the coffee pot and pantry during your stay. We know it can be tricky to navigate a new home, and we were happy to replace the over-filled coffee pot and to unlock the accidentally locked pantry door. We have also added 12 new coffee mugs to the home since hearing your feedback. We will make certain all written communication in the home is up to date, we currently email out a Welcome Packet to our confirmed guests which includes this information about what is available. This year the SUP rental tent and shoreline ping-pong tables are not available because the lake level is so high that there is not enough sandy beach to house them—which is a good thing for Lake Tahoe! Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.

The location of our condo at Lakeland Village was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, and only a short Uber ride to the casinos. Unit #458 was perfect for our group of 9 ladies and a very short walk to the beach and pier. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back in the future. Great Place

Place was very neat and clean. Wonderful location in South Lake Tahoe for every activity. Project probably has the best beach in town. All new appliances and looks to have been remodeled. Perfect vacation location for a family.

As advertised and perfect for a family of small kids orvteenagers. Ammenities were spot on and check in check out was a greeze. Will come back here for sure

Spacious, clean, cozy & great location

Would definitely recommend this property and will definitely stay here again. It is perfect for multiple families. This property is clean, comfortable and is steps away from the lake. Property Management provided excellent customer service.

The property was clean and well- maintained except for a few dirty dishes were in the cabinet. The home was perfect for our group who was in town for a long weekend of skiing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 458 gets mixed reviews from us. The 3 bathrooms are quite minimal in size and amenity, with the lavatories separate from the tub/shower and WC, and open to the hall except in the master bath. There is very little counter space for toiletries. The kitchen is also very tight, and difficult for two people to work at the same time. However, it is well equipped. The unit, while it has no views of the lake or mountains, is very close, but not "steps to..." to the parking area, lake, pier and hot tub area. The living/dining area is nicely decorated, quite comfortable and cozy with a fireplace and large dining table. This unit would work nicely for younger guests who could overlook the basic design flaws in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very easy stroll to beach about 500 feet. Grandma Grandpa 2 sisters 1 brother and 4 cousins ages 3-16 fit comfortably and were happily occupied with many activities. Staying this close to the lake is a must due to the crowds Tahoe has in the Summer. The beach was great. Lots of chairs and room for all guests. Never overcrowded which was amazing after driving the streets around town. Would love if another spa was available because often overcrowded and unable to use.

Perfect Tahoe getaway

Great location on the lake and near Heavenly Village. Perfect for all seasons. The house is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. We can't wait to go back!
