The Breakers 44, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo, is your ideal home away from home for a much-deserved vacation. Situated on the 4th floor of a low-density complex in Orange Beach, this condo offers stunning views of the sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.

The Primary suite in The Breakers 44 provides a peaceful retreat, featuring a comfortable King bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities. The second bedroom is well-appointed with two full-size beds and another flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable stay for additional guests or family members.

This condo is equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, catering to all your culinary needs, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a family dinner. The convenience of a stacked washer and dryer adds to the comfort of your stay, making it easy to keep beachwear and towels fresh throughout your visit.

The Breakers 44 is designed to accommodate up to 6 people, offering a cozy and inviting space for small families or groups. Its prime Gulf-front location ensures that the soothing sounds of the waves and the beauty of the coast are just steps away.

The Breakers is a charming low-density complex that promises a peaceful and personalized vacation experience. Immerse yourself in the serenity and beauty of the Gulf Coast with our exclusive amenities, including a refreshing outdoor pool, a convenient boardwalk for direct beach access, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day of sun and surf.

PARKING
Two parking passes are allowed with your reservation They are $33 each. Your parking pass(es) will be located on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

We vacationed for spring break with our three kids, 5 - 7yo and the Breakers 44 was perfect. We loved the location right on the beach, the condo was so comfortable and made a great home away from home for the week.

Wonderful stay! The place was very clean and nice! Top notch! The location was perfect as well!! Walmart and stores basically across the street. I like that the facility was smaller so there wasn’t a wait for the elevator. Parking was easy and convenient too!

Our condo was everything we could have wanted for our family of 4! It was clean and well stocked! The condominium has very easy and close access to the beach. There are many wonderful amenities close by such as multiple grocery stores and restaurants. We plan to stay in the same condo again next summer! Highly recommend!

Just Right

Unit was in small complex which was a HUGE plus. Right on beach excellent views. Not one thing about the whole place was negative Honestly, we’re not complainers about accommodations. But some people just look for the tiniest things to complain about. I DARE someone to find something wrong with this rental. Modern and well decorated Will definitely be going back
