One of Folly's Best! Folly Ha'i is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit in the heart of Folly. Located on Center St., the unit is steps away from a coffee shop, local restaurants, and beach shops. The beach and Folly Pier are a short stroll away to spend your days relaxing under the sun. Folly Ha'i is the perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy all that Folly has to offer!

Folly Ha'i is the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. There is an open kitchen and living room. The full kitchen features a fridge, stove, and microwave. There is a Keurig, standard coffee maker, and french press for your perfect cup of Joe. The living room has a large TV to relax and enjoy your evenings. The bathroom features a double sink and shower/tub combo. There is a queen bed to sleep well after a long day at the beach. There is a new full sized sleeper sofa in the living room that has an upgraded premium memory foam mattress.

This unit is not pet-friendly. There is parking for 1 car. The space is compact. This unit is located in close proximity to restaurants with evening life that may be heard. The washer is not for guest use. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - The license Number is LIC003934. Because of the potential of fraud, we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

My wife and I had a great stay at Folly Ha'i. The location was perfect for enjoying downtown. Plenty of food and live music locations within a few blocks. The property was clean and our host gave us all the instructions we needed. I would recommend the location to couples looking to have a great time in Folly Beach!!

Loved the size and practicality of thie place. The location waa ideal for access to everything that I typically use during my visits here. The apt. had everything needed for the stay. Business Trip/Get Away

My husband had a work workshop & I decided to tag along. Location was so perfect, everything was within walking distance.Live music from restaurants was never an issue, and the host left a noise machine that worked perfectly on the night we went to bed early.Parking was definitely difficult, I would recommend a compact vehicle for sure. Our full sized SUV was a tight squeeze! lol

Very clean. Excellent location super close to beach. Broken bathroom sink and broken screen door were a bit of an annoyance. Host uses a property management company, so no contact with real humans.

Some things that i think guests should know before choosing to rent this. 1. Very large and steep outdoor stair case getting up to the place. Very difficult with carrying luggage etc. 2. It is basically on top of restaurant and looking out on to roofs of businesses. It stinks like garbage. As soon as you walk outside you smell the dumpsters and grease traps that they dump outside. The outside area where you park is tight. Its the alley to the restaurants. 3. If your a young twenty something and your going to party at folly, its a great location because everything is right there. It's loud at night when the bars are still open. 4. The apartment itself is cute and mostly clean. Shelves next to the bed were very dusty but the bathroom was clean. 5. Bed was comfortable, sheets were very soft but no comforter. Just a coverlet on the bed so it was a bit chilly. 5. There was a half of a roll of toilet paper on the roll but it ran out. No other toilet paper around. I called and they said they would bring some but they never did. To sum it up, the place was ok. I wouldnt choose it again because of the terrible smell of dumpster and grease outside. It gets 5 stars for being right in the middle of everything. I think it's better suited for a young clientel that just wants to be in waking distance to the bars.
