A shower which did not have adequate water pressure causing vacation interruptions by workmen who did not solve the problem is the main reason for low review. Mold in shower was an issue which management quickly resolved. Property manager was totally engaged and did all he could to accommodate us by moving us to a similar apartment that was in much better condition. But half day lost, packing and unpacking. The location is excellent for doing Old Quebec. However, this unit needs updating and a more conscientious effort by the cleaning crew each time.

This is a beautiful, clean, well-appointed and decorated apartment in a great location. Living space was ample for two; it is an open floor plan but there are clear living, dining and kitchen areas. The apartment is convenient to restaurants, markets, and the usual tourist sites in Old Quebec; we walked everywhere. There is a nice view from the full wall of windows on the street side. Check-in and check-out were both simple; keys were picked up and dropped off with the building doorman.We had limited communication with our hosts; the doorman handled our arrival and departure and the one small issue we had during our stay.
