You have full and total access of the home, as advertised, during your stay. Our home has a self check-in electronic lock with keyless entry, so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay. We also provide you with a FOB for access at any time.

Bike, walk, jog, or segway yourself around the scenic trails spanning hundreds of km`s along the North Saskatchewan River in the beautiful river valley.

Edmonton is a driving city, so having your own transport is recommended, however, several great options exist for those that do not have a personal vehicle.

⚠️ PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS (AFTER BOOKING) ⚠️

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, ALL guests must complete a short pre-arrival process AFTER the booking is confirmed. This is managed through a preferred third-party guest portal and helps protect both you and the home. This verified process keeps everything platform compliant and ensures a worry-free stay for both guests and hosts.

Here’s what to expect:

‣ Damage Waiver ($56-82 depending on length of stay) – Covers accidental damage up to $700. (No deposit hold required)
OR
‣ Refundable Security Deposit ($700) – Pre-authorization only; collected 24 hours before check-in and released 5 days after checkout if no damages, missing items, or issues.

❗Please note: The damage waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional or negligent damage, policy violations, or pet-related issues. Such costs may be charged separately or submitted through a Resolution Center. By booking, you confirm your agreement to these terms.

🌡️ NO AIR CONDITIONING
‣ This unit does not have A/C. It is not common in Edmonton. The concrete walls keep the space cool most of the year, but it can get warmer occasionally. Fans are provided for your comfort. Please do not book if you are sensitive to heat.

🌆 DOWNTOWN LIVING
‣ Being in the heart of downtown comes with city sounds, including occasional sirens. Guests can also expect a mix of residents, please stay aware of your surroundings, and do not allow anyone into the building who is not part of your group for everyone`s safety.

🅿️ LIMITED PARKING

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
‣ We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours’ notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren’t always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we’ll let you know.

🧳 LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS
‣ Please double-check before leaving. Items left behind are stored for 14 days, then donated or discarded. Coordination for pickup or return will incur a shipping and admin fee. We are not responsible for items left, lost, or damaged after departure.

📦 MAIL & PARCELS
‣ We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, contact a local post office for options. For larger parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are not responsible for retrieving, storing, or replacing any mail or packages that are lost, delayed, or mis-delivered.

🛠 MAINTENANCE & ACCESS
‣ Emergencies may require entry without notice. For non-emergencies, we will always provide notice where possible. Guests will always receive a message from us as soon as possible in all situations.

💳 CANCELLATIONS
‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.

‣ Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination and removal without refund. Please remember you’re staying in our home, not a hotel, treat it with care and respect.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Just make sure you park underground in the parkade. Not above ground like I did. I missed seeing the underground that is secure and someone tried to break into my vehicle in the above ground

Cozy and well equipped loft space.

Great location, and comfortable and clean with nice artistic touches. Perfect for one or two people, and really convenient. I had a car with me, but if you don't have one, it would be really easy to access transportation. Plenty of food and drink within walking distance too. There is street parking nearby, and parking garages too (parkade). The on-street parking is often limited to 2 hours, but that was not a problem for me.

The space was clean and tidy. The hosts were very communicative and transparent about their rules and boundaries (which I love). They were also quite responsive and polite. Check out list was easy to achieve in less than half hour which is nice if you want to sleep in on your last stay. Only down side is the front door is beside a LRT station entrance so there are a lot of hooligans that hangout in front of the door, but other then that the location is very central and conveniently located.
