Welcome to Commodore 804, a Gulf-front retreat on the peaceful East End of Panama City Beach. Just steps from sugar-white sand, this location is walking distance to local dining favorites and minutes from marinas, golf courses, and St. Andrews State Park.

The family-friendly resort features a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a fire pit for evening gatherings. Direct beach access offers chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and more.

Condo Features:

Guest Bedroom: Two Queen beds with flat-screen Smart TV

Master Bedroom: King bed with flat-screen Smart TV, private bath with shower/tub combo, Gulf-front views

Living Area: Flat-screen Smart TV, sofa and chairs for relaxing

Kitchen: Fully equipped with washer and dryer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All and all we had a very good stay. Condo was clean, well kept, and stocked with all kitchen ware and bedding. Very spacious. They let us check in early which was very nice. The swimming pool is small but seemed to be ok. Elevators were good. The only negative I have is the chairs and umbrella situation on the beach. I was told it was included in my weeks reservation but was not once I got there. Thank goodness we brought tent and some of our own chairs.

Excellent Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented directly with The Commodore with ease. Used a promo code which added to the value. Was able to check in early. Greeted by the nicest security, Bill. Room was very clean with an amazing balcony. Great view, pool, and steps to the beach. The kids loved the airfryer for heating up leftovers. Loved being able to walk to Patches Pub. They had the best wings and live music. Would definitely stay again.
