The pool never got above 75 degrees, we did mention the pool being cooler than we would have liked and the issue was never resolved for us. There are 2 cameras facing the pool area. I understand cameras around the outside of the house but to be facing inside where my children played in bathing suits was a very big violation of privacy!!! The bedroom doors were lockable but needed a key to enter if locked. Our youngest child locked thw door and shut it, we werent able to open it without the key. Upon calling olga, she wasnt even aware they needed keys to unlock, the owner of the home said there were no keys and we would have to contact AAA to get back into the bedroom, we did end up finding keys after an hour of looking through every cupboard. very unsafe if you have young children! When this was expressed as a major problem and could be potentially dangerous olga just said thank you for letting me know and im glad you found the keys. The house itself was nice and clean.
