Florida family vacation

The house was wonderful. The owners great to work with. The pool and proximity to activities provided a wonderful vacation! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent house excellent host!

We absolutely loved our time in this property! It was such a lovely house felt so homely - was nicely decorated, very modern and was really clean! The area is also lovely very quiet and peaceful! My family and I are looking to do another holiday in the year and will 100% be looking to stay here again! Also, Lana has been incredible the entire time an absolutely amazing host!!!

We had a fabulous time. House and pool was great. Only complaint would be TV channels not alot to choose from but we were gone most days so wasn't that big of deal. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The house was very large and comfortable. It was like home away from home. The area was close to all the Disney attractions and it was very quiet. I would stay at this property again, if we are back in the area for another family vacation. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at your home. We have stayed at many villa's in the Clermont/Davenport area over the years. The presentation and cleanliness of this villa is first class, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is very nicely situated in a quiet location with views of woodland beyond the pool area. Will not hesitate to check availability when we come back to the area for our next stay.

Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this spacious, super-clean, comfortable and well-located home. The morning drive into Disney parks for "rope drop" was only about 22 minutes on average, and the pool was so nice and relaxing in the afternoons before heading back to parks for round 2. Kitchen had everything we needed (plus a spacious pantry), the small bonus room up front was perfect for early-risers to watch tv/news before rest of the house woke up, and very nice to have full-size washer/dryer for a few loads during the week. The neighborhood is very quiet and though there seem to be a lot of cars that park on the street, the view from living room was very nice out to the pool and wooded area beyond. We hope to book here again when traveling with extended family. All-in-all, superb value, excellent location, and really a "home away from home" .

Christmas stay 2024

The house is very nice. It has everything you need and more. The kitchen especially. Located in an older neighborhood, but I felt safe. Some neighbors were up late pass 4am and were loud. The drive to the parks took at least 30 minutes and we avoided taking I-4. Everything you need is located nearby. The hosts responded to all of our correspondence quickly. The house was clean and so was the pool. There were little notes to help you work remotes and get on the WiFi. It was a nice place to stay that offered my family the space we like.

Wir haben das Objekt gebucht für unser Trainingslager in Clermont. Wir waren 5 professionelle Leistungssportler und können das Objekt sehr weiter empfehlen! Sehr ruhige Gegend und sehr freundliche Nachbarn, perfekt zum Entspannen und sehr gut eingerichtet. Geschirr und Besteck ist mehr als genug vorhanden und am Pool ist fast den ganzen Tag Sonne. Desweiteren sind alle Attraktionen im Bereich von Orlando und Clermont gut zu erreichen.

Clermont house

We rented this home for our family to use while we visited Universal and the surrounding areas. Overall the house was nice. We were comfortable and had a nice time. I would like to say it would have been nice to have a TV in the twin bed room. My girls were disappointed by that a little. Also, in the master bath there was no way to take a bath(shower only)as there wasn't a plug to keep the water in. We loved the pool, but upgraded patio furniture would help to make the area nicer. Also, keep in mind the drive is really about 40 minutes to Universal from this location. Great communication with the owner. She was great. We also loved that we got to check in a little earlier due to it being vacant the night before.

Nice home and quiet area.

Our family enjoyed staying at this home. The kitchen was nicely equipped and beds were very comfortable. The home is situated in a very quiet area and conveniently close to Walmart where we made many trips. Lana was very accommodating in allowing us to have an early check in as our flight was changed and we arrived earlier than originally anticipated. Although we didn't see much of the neighbors, would like to thank whoever placed the garbage bins back by the side of the house for us after the garbage was picked up. We had a long day at the park that day and didn't get back until around 11 that night. The kids enjoyed the pool but there were no pool toys so I bought a few pool noodles. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend.

Outstanding location and place!

Absolutely loved the location as it was convenient for Disney. The house was big enough for my large family and the pool was a hit with my kids. Most definitely would use this home again in the future.

Immaculate and spacious

This property is so lovely and comfortable. Great care has been taken to meet all the needs of their guests. We appreciated having the washer and dryer. The kitchen was well-equipped. Except for the bathrooms, there was a TV in every room!
