The Vintage Apartment is a spacious and welcoming unit featuring two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes WiFi, air conditioning, and a Smart TV, ensuring a comfortable and functional stay.

Guests also have access to shared spaces, including a rooftop terrace offering one of the best views of the city and Ocean Park Beach—an ideal spot to relax and unwind.

Santurtzi Complex features a stunning, fully equipped rooftop terrace, perfect for hosting community events such as networking meetups, cultural showcases, and creative workshops. The terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Hato Rey financial district, Choliseo, Ocean Park, and Río Grande, making it the perfect communal space for gatherings, remote work, or simply enjoying the scenery.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A $300.00 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
Parties and Events: Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the apartment.


Additional Guests: Only the individuals included in the reservation are allowed to access the apartment. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests, including visitors. If additional people are brought onto the property without the owner’s prior approval and consent, you will be required to vacate the property immediately with no refund issued.
Air Conditioning:
* Temperature: Please keep the air conditioning set to 65°F to maintain a pleasant environment. All doors and windows must remain closed while the units are running.
* Controls: TV and A/C controls are located on the walls of each area. Kindly return them to their original place at the end of your stay.
Televisions:
The apartment is equipped with two televisions with regular programming and their respective remotes. Please remember to turn off the TVs when leaving the apartment.
Additional Rules:
* Do not use cushions (furniture or decorative) for eating purposes.
* Do not move or remove furniture, appliances, or TVs from their designated area or from the property.
* Only the Bluetooth speaker provided in the apartment may be used. It must not be relocated from its area.
* Do not disconnect or remove charging cables from their designated areas.
* Music with sexually explicit or degrading content is not allowed.
* For safety reasons, candles or incense are not allowed inside or outside the apartment.
* The property is equipped with solar panels and a water cistern. If electricity or water is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. No refunds will be issued for nights already used under any circumstance.
Security:
* Always lock doors and windows when leaving.
* Do not share keys or access codes with third parties.
