This location is the BEST and we've stayed here before. I typically do not leave a bad review but this is the exception. Upon arrival the entire house was filthy. Everything was covered in construction dust - counters, floors, tables, bedspreads, etc. They had put down new flooring just recently. No toilet paper, no towels downstairs and tubs were very dirty. At the bottom of the stairs from the deck was construction trash as well as nails on the ground. They did send a lady out to clean somewhat after we contacted the PM. The King bed downstairs is extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The air conditioner unit for the upstairs did not work and they had to send someone out to work on it. The closet doors in the other downstairs bedroom don't close. The kitchen had everything we needed, just a bit of a cluster mess in the cabinets. Greg from the PM came and checked on us. Nice guy. The neighbors were very nice too. This could be a nice house, just needs a little more TLC. I'm attaching the picture of the washcloth I used on the dining table upon arrival. I can tell you this, that house was cleaner when we left than when we got there. Thanks to us
