Sandhill Cove - Steps to the beach

The house is on Stanton Avenue and is just a few quick steps to Roger Wheeler beach and in a quiet family neighborhood. You can enjoy a day at the beach and also have a experience a great sunset. You are minutes away from the port of Galilee and the Block Island ferry and just a few miles from other beautiful beaches, restaurants and the Town of Narragansett.

The house has an outdoor grill and is equipped with whatever you need for a relaxing stay. It has 4 bedrooms, each with a full size bed and two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstair, and a heated outdoor shower. You get ocean breezes in the house, but there are also portable airconditioner on both floors. There is a full washer and dryer and parking for four cars.

Great location!

With a short walk to the beach and everything we needed at the property (including a beach cart and beach umbrella!), our week at Sand Hill Cove was perfect. Also, the proximity of Port of Galilee was ideal for excursions and getting fresh seafood.

Family vacation

Perfect spot for a family vacation! Clean well appointed house and quiet neighborhood just a four minute walk to Roger wheeler beach. Lots to do and walking distance to area restaurants and the Block Island ferry.

Great First-Time Beach House Stay!

This was our first time renting a beach house, and it couldn’t have been better. The location is ideal-just a short walk to Roger Wheeler Beach, which was perfect for our family. The house was very clean and well-kept, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The host was fantastic-easy to communicate with and quick to respond to emails, which made the process smooth. We also really appreciated the extras like the beach chairs and toys-they definitely came in handy with the kids in tow!It was a great family getaway, and we absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a low-stress beach vacation in Narragansett.

Great location

This house is just a short walk from the best beaches in Narragansett. It's got a great yard, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower (cold water only outdoors). You do need to bring your own bed linens and towels.

Great Spot

We stayed here for two weeks. The location, about a 5 minute walk from Wheeler Beach, is great. Wheeler is our favorite beach, because it is nice for families. The house was very clean. We appreciated that it came with beach chairs and a cart for them. We used the grill several times and it worked very well. Lisa, the host, was always very responsive and friendly.

Great week!

The house was beautiful and very spacious for our family of 4. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive down to Point Judith which had lots of fun restaurants on the water and ice cream for the kids. Lisa was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Third year our family rented this house. Lisa, one of the hosts very easy to communicate with, addresses issues quickly. Great house, great location, this year kitchen had leak under sink and a mold issue. Once that is fixed it’s a perfect location.

Such a short walk to the beach!

“The Sunset House” was a quick 7 minute walk to the beach. Everyone in our party was impressed with how beautiful, well-stocked, and immaculate the house was. It has plenty of room, a great deck, and seating areas outside to enjoy the ocean breezes. There are more than enough AC units to keep the house cool on hot days, and plenty of windows to open if you prefer the natural breezes. Beds are very comfortable. Lisa is wonderful and very communicative, making our stay perfect. If you are a runner or biker, there are plenty of flat roads to exercise on with beautiful views. If you enjoy seafood or mudslides, the house is walking distance (or a short drive) to great spots in Point Judith. My friends and I enjoyed our time, and I look forward to booking again with my family next year! Thanks for everything, Lisa!

A slice of paradise

We had a wonderful week. You can't beat the location, walking distance to the beach and an easy bike ride to Galilee, Point Judith Lighthouse and Aunt Carrie's Ice Cream! We enjoyed the 4 spacious bedrooms and it was nice having two baths and a backyard for the kids. Having a washer & dryer is also a plus. Thank you Lisa for your great communication and easy arrival and departure.

Convenient Location Just Minutes from the Beach!

Lisa was very responsive via text for any questions we had and the house had every thing we could think of for a pleasant stay! The house was just a 5 min walk around the corner to Roger Wheeler Beach and a quick drive to Scarborough for some bigger waves! Also an easy 20 minute walk to Galilee, we did with kids aged 6 and 8...it was an easy bike ride for them!

roomy layout close to the beach and attractions

A great stay, house is well kept with updated appliances and outdoor gas grill and fire pit. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.
