Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for bike rides by the river. Great beach getaway. Weather could of been better but can't hold that against the accomodations.

Place was very clean. It was much larger than expected. Outdoor table/umbrella was great. Newer grill made everything easy. Fantastic place and would come back here again. Beaches not too far away and easy access to Route 4/ i95. 5 stars all around.

This was an excellent property for a family vacation due to the location. Everything was correctly represented in the description of the property. The kitchen was more than well stocked. The appliances were in excellent condition. The washer and dryer were an added plus. This host also provided beach essentials along with many other extras. The outside deck allowed for evening dinners outside. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walking. We were able to enjoy the beaches and nearby restaurants along with the home being a good place to just chill. We were two retirees with 3 adult children. The space was very comfortable for 5.

Save-the-Bay Swim

Clean, spacious, and well-outfitted property in a wonderfully convenient and quiet neighborhood. Perfect ‘base camp’ for family members from around the country to rendezvous for the weekend’s Save-the-Bay annual charity swim across Narragansett Bay. Thank you!

Perfect family getaway!

Immaculately clean, packed with thoughtful amenities, beautifully decorated; truly felt like a home away from home. The pics on the site don't do it justice. Perfect for a family vaca including our dog! Amazing fenced in yard. There was even a great little game room perfect for the kids, and stocked with board games! This house could not have been more perfect. Nice quiet, residential neighborhood. Close to beaches, restaurants, and some amazing hiking trails. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely home in a nice neighborhood. Easy drive to beaches and Newport. Lots of clean towels, well-stocked kitchen, and there even was shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms! What a nice touch. There are window a/c units in each of the four bedrooms that worked great. Be aware that there is no air-conditioning in the main upstairs living room or the kitchen. The owner had several fans around the house plus a ceiling fan, and those worked well to circulate the air. Overall a really good stay.
