The home’s front door opens into the eat-in kitchen area that is opens to the living room area which then provides access to a large furnished screened room. Hallway leads to laundry room, 3bdrms and 1 full bath. There is a large screened porch with lots of comfortable furniture and large outdoor deck with a patio table, a 6 burner gas grill and a black stone flat top grill.

Fishing Trip

Perfect place for a weekend fishing trip. Owner was responsive. Slept 6 easily. Only stayed one night but was a perfect fit

Needs some changes

Had to ask for grass to be cut. Disposal didn’t work. Outside lights didn’t work. No handle on freezer. Had to mop floor four times to walk on floors without shoes. What looked like a blood stain on mattress cover when took sheets off. Washer did not work properly. One small trash can for ten days of trash. I wrote the property’s managing company. It is a nice place that has some real internal problems. Nice place on the lake. Good neighborhood and neighbors. Just needs some corrections!!

Disappointment

When we got to property the beds had been slept in and dirty towels in each room. Contacted property manger his response was they'll refund cleaning fee and clean property next morning. We were only staying the one night so this did not help our situation at all. Contacted Vrbo told them situation, sent pictures and asked for refund. At this time still have not received a refund.

Definitely needs improvements

First, it took the host 18-24 hours to respond to my first question. Then the answer was extremely vague. First impression- dirty. Floors were sticky, opened the refrigerator to a dead palmetto bug IN the refrigerator. Backyard flood lights did not work. Rear of the house was dirty. Gas grill hardly worked. Washing machine kept throwing errors of being off-balanced (NOT much in the machine). A next-door neighbor literally cut the grass INSIDE OUR FENCE in the middle of the day without checking with us. My son was trying to nap. We could not find directions on how to lock the door when leaving. Messaged the host and they responded after we got home. Lastly, the trashcans outside had bags of trash already in them. When we checked out a day earlier than planned, it was a Sunday. Therefore the dump was closed. We read we had to remove all trash bags in the trash cans from the property. The two bags that were not ours were FILLED with maggots. We did the right thing and hauled the nasty garbage away. I should have taken the previous reviews more serious.
