We do try and accommodate our guests needs for a remote check-in, so when we see you again please be sure and let us know that is what you would prefer. We look forward to seeing you again!

We do not manage that complex, and the condo association will not allow us to store firewood anywhere on the property other than what can be comfortable put inside the unit. Thank you so much for staying with us and for the review! You booked our property off VRBO. The listing is up to date with a plethora of pictures showing exactly what to expect when you arrive at the condo. The condo is a standard rated condo, very spacious with outdoor space and views of Aspen Mountain within walking distance to the core. It is priced accordingly. In the listing description we disclose it is on the third floor. Most of the condo buildings in Aspen are 3 stories or less. Due to this fact elevators are a rarity in Aspen. If you choose a third-floor condo for the view you will have to carry your luggage up the flights of stairs. The description also states the master bedroom is a queen size bed. I know this was one of your first phone calls to us requesting a move because the master bed was not a king. You were aware of the bedding arrangement when you booked the condo. The master bedroom shower was renovated last year. The master bathroom has a separate water closet with the toilet, sink and shelving for cosmetics. Also, all shown on our website. Each condo in the building is owned individually and furnished accordingly. The owners of the condo visit at least 4 times a year and stay for extended periods of time in their condo. It is decorated to their taste and how they choose to enjoy the beauty of Aspen. We responded immediately to your call concerning the missing screen on one window. Our maintenance gentleman visited and reported to you and to us that the configuration of the window crank and the way the window locks will not accommodate a screen. Therefore, one window in the condo does not have a screen. We provide 24/7 emergency and maintenance service. After our office closes all you need to do is call our number and someone will respond to your call. The same goes for email. We do close the main office on weekends during the off season. This is very common for businesses in ski towns. We always have a maintenance team available for you if need be. We have our own personal housekeeping staff available and we respond to emails remotely when we are closed. We worked diligently for you during your stay to make it as enjoyable as possible. We have been in business for over 30 years in the Aspen area. We manage and advertise over 30 condos in the Aspen core ranked from economy to premier.
