Our stay was great. Everything was as described; location was great as we could walk everwhere, the condo was well equipt with instructions visible for all appliances, bathrooms were clean and towels were of good quality. Hope to stay here again.

We stayed here in October 2018 for 4 nights. There was enough room for two couples comfortably. We enjoyed discovering Aspen and could do it by walking everywhere. Great place.

Perfect location for a perfect vacation

We had a fantastic trip to visit our children working at the mountain. The condo was in a fantastic location to walk to town and the mountain. The condo was clean had the right amount of amenities and was perfect for our group! Highly recommend and when I come back, I will seek it first to 'rent' again!

Wonderful property

Wonderful property, very clean, great location. A view of Aspen mountain, 2 blocks from City Market. The week we were there the AC did not work but the weather was lovely & the management supplied us with multiple fans. Mother board for AC had to be ordered.

Easy, clear communication

The property managers were so responsive and helpful. We were arriving early and the streamlined the check in process as well as allowed us to check in early (really helped us with an infant and toddler who were short in sleep!) and we walked to everywhere in Aspen. Thank you!!

Perfection

The apartment was so impressively clean. The sheets on the bed are nice and crispy like brand new as well as the towels. The beds and the couch are very well maintained and cleaned professionally. The location is perfectly situated in town so you can walk everywhere. They also provide wood for the fireplace to make it very convenient to enjoy. It’s awesome. Thank you.

Excellent Service

Mgmt company had great communication. Place as advertised and great location. Would be a 5 if it had air conditioning. It was in the 80’s and warmer in unit then we liked. Had a couple of fans. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Fall Leaves In Aspen

Our stay was fantastic! We couldn't have picked a better week to see the leaves change to their vibrant yellow/red/orange. The condo was perfectly situated and in walking distance to the City Market /shopping and restaurants. We had an assigned parking place for our vehicle. The condo very clean and has a fireplace (wood included).

Good place to stay

Overall, good place to stay. Only drawback is having to go to property management office at separate location for key code rather than just having it emailed to us. Place was clean and in a good location. I do recommend.

Wonderful location

While the decorative choices may be somewhat questionable, there was much charm to this wonderful condo. The interior had a cozy and inviting feeling with just the right amount of space and seating for a party of 6. The location is perfect; at the end of a cul de sac resides this comfortable condo with a balcony that overlooks the aspen mountain. This was seriously a great stay, our one issue was the lack of firewood for the fireplace. We had no idea what to do or where to find wood, so the condo tended to get (bearably) colder at night

Rundown older property within walking distance of downtown Aspen

The unit we stayed in is badly in need of upgrading. We saw other units in the same building that were very nice but not this one. The building itself is unattractive and old, with no elevator, so you need to carry your luggage up several flights. Also the building has no provisions for recycling. Everything goes in the trash. No excuse for that. The location is good since you can walk to beautiful downtown Aspen. There is a spectacular Mountain View from the living room. The unit we wound up with has probably not been upgraded in at least 30 years. Very dated. The pots and pans are old and they aren’t nonstick. Tiny bathrooms with very little shelf space for your cosmetic items. Old dishes, old artwork on the walls, old rickety windows that wouldn't open and had no screens, old carpet. No A/C but that seems standard in Colorado. The beds, dressers, and washer/dryer were ok. The property management people were very nice, professional, helpful, and responsive. However they couldn’t help get screens on our windows since that’s the property owner’s decision. The property management people are unavailable on weekends or after 5 on weekdays, The units in this building are individually owned, so while our unit was terrible, we saw others were much nicer. I would never rent this particular unit again and probably not in this building either. If you only need a place to crash with no frills, thus might work for you. I don’t recommend it. Very disappointing.

Aspen summer

Property was just as expected. No AC was a problem for sleeping because unit was closed up when we arrived and didn't cool down by bed time (unusually 89 degree day of arrival) Quiet excellent location. Walk to everything. Bedding was comfortable.

My wife and I stayed at UTE 302 for 4nights in March and had a great time. Great location, clean!

The unit had all the necessities and had great views of the slopes. It was easy walking distance to anywhere downtown. Just enough space for 2 couples to share comfortably. Reasonably priced, I would stay there again if it was available.
