Aspen get away

We came to Aspen for a 4 day get away from the city. This place was great for our small family. The location was amazing. It was perfect for what we wanted.

Great location and management

Property is perfectly located right next to the grocery store, slopes, and shopping. The management company is very accommodating and went above and beyond.

Thank you for such a great visit. Right next to st Regis it’s the perfect location walking distance to all the aspen staples. And priced very well for aspen standards. Very pleased with our visit. Thank you!

A great weekend trip!

This property was great. It's small and quaint, but in the PERFECT location. It's cozy, has all the needed amenities, was clean, and super easy communication with the property manager. We will definitely be back!

Great Location Across the Street from City Market

This is a petite condo with essentials. The property management company is very responsive and friendly - there was a mysterious beeping coming from a locked cabinet when I arrived and they came right away to fix it. The bedrooms and living rooms are small, there is no dining table but who needs anything more when in Aspen for the Food and Wine Classic?

Close to the action

Excellent location for downtown Aspen, small but enjoyed great cable tv selections and it was all about being in walking distance to shops and restaurants!

Amazing!

We loved everything about this rental. The location was perfect downtown and the cleanliness and amenities were perfect. The property manager, Rosanne, was especially accommodating, responsive and kind. Thank you SO much for making our trip comfortable and fun!

Great location!

Overall was very happy with the unit. The condo is small but very cozy. The location cannot be beat. Having the grocery store across the street was very convenient. Loved the real fireplace and the fact they had wood there for your use. Slight hiccup at late check-in with the access code, but the managers followed up and had great communication during our stay.

We were disappointed that our unit was a sub basement and we couldn't open any windows as we looked at the cars wheels. So the unit had no sunlight. Also the bedrooms were very small. The location was great though.

Central Aspen condo

Loved this property! In town with family from other parts of the country for a memorial service… location was great, close to everything… store, mountain, bars were all in easy walking distance…very fair price, clean.. perfect for my needs… only hiccup was checking in… the email describing the procedure laid everything out, and was easily understood …. Except it went into my spam folder and I missed it! That’s on me tho…I called the management company, spoke with Claire who couldn’t have been nicer, and everything was smooth sailing from there on in.. will def stay there again

Aspen Practical

Thoughtful--a flashlight was available. Location great, especially with market across the street. Be aware, thermostats were pre-set and I couldn't find a turn off, so we were warmer than we wanted to be. 4 night stay, called 2nd day and maintenance scheduled. 2nd night was still warm. We didn't call a second time. I believe the admin really wants to have a good place for their guests. For many people the setting of 72 Farenheit for nighttime wouldn't be too warm. This was only in the common area, btw, not in the bedrooms.

Amazing visit!

Great experience and home. Perfect location and such a treat being next to the market! Loved having a washer and dryer and all the TVs. 5/5 highly recommend!
