Large full bathroom with shower, towels, body soap and shampoo.

This apartment is on the second floor, and there is a flight of exterior stairs leading up to the front door.

Super clean. Safe. Quiet. So close to everything you could want to do- breakfast, shopping, bars… the owner was communicative and chill. I door dashed a couple of meals. I was super grateful for the stocked coffee and creamer. There’s a grocery store a block away. Honestly is a 10/10. I definitely missed the memo that there isn’t a TV, but that’s on me… so don’t forget an iPad or laptop if you’re going to be spending time inside and need digital entertainment.

Welcome, I have been an airbnb host for 14 years, and I am happy to be able to offer this private 600 sf apartment to guests wanting to experience Asheville city life by foot.
I worked as a white water river guide and a bike tour guide in this area for 15 years, so feel free to inquire about river trips and bike rides around the Asheville area.

Guests will check themselves in by using the keypad lock on the front door.
There is one off-street parking spot available on the property.
