While you might spot deer, parrots, coyotes on your morning walk or hear the frogs in the creek at night, we are still within 10 minutes from Pasadena and the Rose Bowl, Eagle Rock and the always hip Highland Park.

The only cafe in the neighborhood is right across the street--rare for a residential neighborhood--plus a golf course, restaurant and bar open to the public.

You will be staying in the downstairs apartment attached to our home. You will have complete privacy and use of the shaded outdoor patio and firepit. Full amenities--A/C, fridge, oven, sink, full bathroom. Access to a shared laundry area is also provided.
