If you rent both sides plenty of room

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.

We rented this for a family vacation plenty of room for 19 people, we rented both sides, downside is the property had a spider issues inside on both units had a roach problem on side A, at night time if your setting by the pool you multiple roaches the big roaches but they was outside the roaches was about 2 in long look like they was on steroids, pool was nice its pretty deep. The walk to the beach is about 10 to 12 min walk, there is no parking down there near the beach access. This is a quiet neighborhood so if your planning on being loud or accidentally get loud be prepared the neighbors call in we had one noise complaint which didn't even make sense bc we wasn't even being loud. Other then the spider issues on both levels on both sides,and the roaches I would say we had a ok time.
