Welcome to Sea Escape, a beautifully brand-new duplex featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on each side. This layout makes it the ideal vacation home for large families, allowing each family their own space—each their own side! Situated in the pristine Long Bay Estates, you can enjoy a peaceful wooded setting or take a short walk to the private neighborhood beach. This newly constructed home offers a fully equipped kitchen with both large and small appliances, a spacious porch, an expansive deck perfect for relaxation, a private swimming pool, and a well-designed living area for all to enjoy. Conveniently located next to the State Park, it's only a 10-minute drive to Surfside Beach Pier and the popular Market Common District and just 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. This property offers the perfect relaxing vacation spot while still being close to all the fun attractions the South Carolina Coast has to offer. There’s plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles. Please review our Pet Policy, which applies to all pet-friendly homes and is strictly enforced.

Family Vacation with Adult Kids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year, my husband and I vacationed with both our adult sons and their girlfriends and our two dogs. Having both sides of the house was wonderful! Our sons and girlfriends stayed on one side and my husband and I stayed on the other side with our dogs. They enjoyed having some privacy and being able to cook, and my husband and I got some downtime. The house was beautiful. We loved the big pool in the backyard. We also loved the private beach, although it was a farther walk than we anticipated. Having a beach cart was great. Sea Star Realty was top notch, as they always are.

If you rent both sides plenty of room

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this for a family vacation plenty of room for 19 people, we rented both sides, downside is the property had a spider issues inside on both units had a roach problem on side A, at night time if your setting by the pool you multiple roaches the big roaches but they was outside the roaches was about 2 in long look like they was on steroids, pool was nice its pretty deep. The walk to the beach is about 10 to 12 min walk, there is no parking down there near the beach access. This is a quiet neighborhood so if your planning on being loud or accidentally get loud be prepared the neighbors call in we had one noise complaint which didn't even make sense bc we wasn't even being loud. Other then the spider issues on both levels on both sides,and the roaches I would say we had a ok time.

This was our first time doing a huge family vacation in a rental and let me say it’s a lovely place for big families. We travelled with 4 families with small children and pets and we were all wonderfully accommodated. The walk to the beach was so quick and easy! After a day at the beach or a morning walk to the beach, the pool was a great way to continue the evening fun and enjoy the beautiful weather. Any questions or issues we had, the hosts were very quick to respond and very helpful. Great location to the ALL the stores (Target, Marshals, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, Food Lion etc). We were able to rent a grill through a company and they dropped off all items rented promptly before our arrival and were picked up at the end of our stay. My only complaint is that I wish we had more time there!!

We had a great stay at this home with our family group of 24 people. The house had plenty of space, a great pool, a large kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, and reliable air conditioning. The location was also great, with many activities nearby and the beach about a 10-minute walk away.The host was very responsive, checked in with us daily, and was quick to help with any questions or concerns.A few areas that could be improved are the cleaning and pest control. While the home was clean overall, it could use a deeper cleaning. We found old stains underneath some beds and couches, as well as old candy under one of the beds, which could be a concern for families with small children.We also experienced some pest issues during our stay. There were bees nest but the host got someone right away to take care of the issue. We also noticed quite a few roaches outside, nothing in the house and some ended up in our luggage. If your planning on staying here, try to keep you items on the porch above to avoid this. Overall, this home has a lot to offer for large families and groups. With improved pest control, we would definitely consider staying here again.

This area was great for our large group. Everyone had their own place the stay and the beach was a short (8 minute) walk. The kitchens were a good size and well stocked. The location of the house was central to most things; but also secluded enough that you didn’t feel in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again!
