The rental provided plenty of space, with a screened porch and large yard, on a flat lot. The property manager living next door was delightful and offered to help with anything we needed. The location was very convenient.

Really enjoyed our stay. Thoughtfully appointed lovely home in a cute neighborhood, very close to the park and downtown Brevard.

Really enjoyed our extended stay at the property. Conveniently located near the greenway, downtown Brevard, and shops as well as to Pisgah National Forest, DuPont State Forest and other nearby parks. Located in a quiet area and the house had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

We found the house to be great! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for the family. Nice outside area and very quiet neighborhood! The house was in a great location and easy to get to all of Brevard's must see sights!

Very comfortable home near downtown and grocery stores. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of bath towels. Beds very comfortable. Super clean throughout!

Best stay in Brevard ever - after MANY years of semiannual visits and MANY different rentals. We will always look here first, going-forward. Very clean, well-outfitted. Great kitchen, lovely bathrooms. Really comfortable bedrooms. Easy coming and going to all our usual Brevard - Pisgah - DuPont haunts. Thank you hosts and co-hosts

Spotless house with all the perfect amenities for a short or long term stay. Perfect for pets, in a nicdle quiet neighborhood. Still very close to downtown and can bike using the Ecusta trail/Brevard Greenway to get to stores, restaurants and even night life. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked many nights in and we weren't missing any tools. Loved all of the extra towels and blankets. Bonus, great water pressure and HOT water which we appreciated after long days of biking. Great guest guide online and the hard copy at the house. Garage was awesome for storage. We appreciated the little propane grill as well!
