• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. noise ordinance enforced by the Town of Kiawah Island; Violations will result in fines

We had a great stay and loved being so close to the beach and walking distance to the Sanctuary spa. The condo is very comfortable. We could also see the fireworks from the patio.

Phenomenal!

An incredible place to stay in Kiawah. Boardwalk from the back door directly to the beach. Central location is great for riding bikes to either side of the island. We would absolutely come back!

Great location and lovely accomodations

Really nice and large one bedroom condo in a great location. It's only a few steps out the back door to the beach access. I didn't get a chance to use it but the unit is equipped with a full kitchen including a full size range and refrigerator which is nice. The host was easy to work with and check in/check out eas a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

The HVAC needs service. Filter clogged up, not cooling! Luckily the outside temperature was pleasant, so it was bearable.The outdoor furniture is very uncomfortable. With my bad back it was painful to sit outside.

Great property

The condo was ocean front with an ocean view. Two minute walk to the beautiful beach. The unit was very cute and very clean. Property owner was very accommodating and responsive. It was a great vacation. We plan to come back to this unit next year.

Thanks for a great vacation

My wife an I have been vacationing at Kiawah many time over the years. It's our go to place. This condo has been the best so far. Great kitchen , close to the beach. The only negative, is there is not access to the pools. We do hope to return. Thanks for a great vacation. Respectfully, Dyan and Jeff Caldwell

Fabulous villa!

The villa was as listed. Well appointed, pristine and very comfortable. Nice touches like beach chairs and towels. Robin, the property manager, was super responsive to questions and very accommodating. It was a perfect setting for a mom and teen daughter get away. I would definitely recommend and will rent again. Thank you for sharing your darling property with us

Very nice accommodations and excellent location right on the beach.

The unit and neighborhood was clean and quiet. The bedroom and bathroom both clean and comfortable. The Kitchen had everything we needed and everything worked well. Just a few steps from the beach via the boardwalk. Since this is a first floor unit, the view of the beach from the porch is obstructed by the high dunes, shrubbery, trees etc. But we really enjoyed our daily walks and bike rides on the beach as well as the many bike paths on the Island. We brought our own bikes and there were plenty of bike racks available to store and lock our bikes.

Excellent in all aspects!

We will be back! I have high standards (and expectations) of any accommodations, and this property did not disappoint. It’s a fabulous location for easy beach access. It’s very clean. It’s well appointed and decorated. It’s ideal for two people. Communication was excellent. We logged into our Netflix easily and there are countless other channels. The only thing to note is the shower. (Pull the knob straight out to turn on! ) We had to call the manager because we couldn’t figure it out. Overall, a lovely unit. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
