This Colonial Hacienda style home has been upgraded and renovated to give a welcoming Colorado charm. It is located in Old Colorado City within Colorado Springs. It has everything you can ask for, including easy access to major highways, downtown (2miles), and national parks such as, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and many more landmarks. If you’re not into wildlife, we are also located within (2miles) from historical Patty Jewett golf course. If you have any question please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our family got together on a very short notice we used the place as a hub of operation. we made meals drank coffee and booze. The Kitchen and bathrooms were more than adequate for our needs Beds were comfortable and neighbor hood was quiet

Beautiful home. However beds were uncomfortable and did not have proper bedding as we were cold throughout the night. Thermostat was locked until I communicated to host the next morning. End of the night we just want a cozy comfortable bed to sleep in.

While mattress preference is highly subjective, we are glad that our beds are consistently rated as highly comfortably 99% of our past guest across more than 100 reviews. . Bedding & Linens: Our beds are fully made up for arrival. when you message asking for additional sheets, we responded immediately and directed you to the dining room hutch, which is kept fully stocked with extra fresh linens for guest convenience. .Thermostat Access: To protect our bran-new HVAC system from freezing; we do keep the thermostat locked within standard settings. However on your last night when you message me mentioning you were chilly, we unlocked the system remotely right away so you could adjust the heat to your personal comfort level. We pride ourselves on our immediate communication and responsiveness, and we wish you the best in your future travels.

This house is super cute and close to all the fun attractions in Colorado Springs. The hot tub was relaxing. The complementary snacks, water, and coffee were a nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again.

This house is immaculate. Great location to explorer Colorado Springs. Very clean. The hot tub was a huge hit! This house gets 10/10!!!! Definitely putting this on the list for return!!

House was pristine when we arrived and the snack basket was a very nice touch. We enjoyed the selection of coffee and generally enjoyed our time there. We appreciated the location as it was close to CC which was where we were spending a lot of our time. We would definitely recommend this house to others and would come back again ourselves.

Beautiful, pristine home! We felt so welcome!Alfred is a great host, providing every comfort. Lots of towels and fully stocked kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the old fashioned coke machine for cold water bottles and had fun playing Foosball in the game room.

We loved this house!

This house was perfect for us! It’s been beautifully done, quiet neighborhood, adults and children both loved it. Host was great to communicate with, house was very clean and well stocked. The queen bed was very comfortable, other couple said the king bed was nice but a little firm for them, the kids said the trundle bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

The property was great for us and my daughter’s family. The property had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. Only a couple of things that I would mention--it seems like the coffee maker is missing a basket and filters would be much appreciated.-WiFi/internet was extremely unreliable

Fantastic host! Excellent communication and beautiful property. We were traveling with 2 adults and 4 teens (age 13 - 18) and everyone loved it! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking and the game room was a hit. Thank you for everything!
