This is a perfect space for a visit to the Denver Metro area. Location is ideal between Denver & Boulder. A quick 30 minute trip to the airport! HWY 36 is less than 5 minutes from your front door making for easy access throughout Colorado.
The space is 1200 sq ft, quite spacious and newly remodeled. You will feel very cozy and will be able to enjoy a quiet neighborhood. The fenced in backyard with astroturf is an extension of your living space!
