Beautifully decorated and the condo was spotless,the master bath was amazing,very large with two showerheads.Walked to the beach,and the free beach service was a plus.Im already looking atnext year to stay here.

The entire condo was very clean and comfortable. It did get a little noise around dinner time being located next to the restaurant. Very clean property and the office was always helpful.

This unit was the perfect location. Amazing view of the harbor/marina, and steps away from a pool, and tennis/pickleball courts. Also very close to the beach. Can’t wait to come back’

Love Destin

This was our first time here, and it was superb. Morning, coffee with the views of the marina and the boats was wonderful! Access to the beach one minute away, spectacular. We will be back.

The staff at SPC is always amazing and helpful. This unit is nicely updated and provides a ton of outdoor space for watching fireworks or playing poker at night!

Nice stay.

Loved sitting on our deck overlooking the harbor and docks while drinking our morning coffee or having snacks with a happy hour in the afternoon. The fenced/gated deck has steps leading down to a grassy area along the water’s edge, which was a great place to walk our dog. The condo has a side kitchen picture window, which is great for watching your older kids swim in the pool, which is right next to the condo (quiet pool). The upscale restaurant (not noisy) on the harbor board walk is next door if wanting a nice dinner out with good view of harbor front. We enjoyed grabbing an easy lunch and drinks at Rick’s Sand Trap snack shop, which is located on the private beach. Reasonable priced food. Condo was clean and had a full kitchen. Our coffee pot leaked the first morning and we had a replacement pot within 2 hours of reporting. We would go back. Safe quiet area close to lots of restaurants.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location being on the harbor, next to the restaurant and pool and close to the tennis courts, etc. The owner provided rental chairs for the beach, which was great. The porch was in good condition with nice furniture. The bathrooms were nice, warm and clean. And the air conditioner worked great. The only downfall is the maintenance not being upkept. Examples include: porch light burned out, screen door broken, lamp broken, heat not working in fireplace, dryer taking 2 hours to dry small load of laundry and bed frame being broken. The condo also had dirty floors and dirty furniture.

great location but not worth the price

Unit location was excellent for families who wanted to stay away from the beach to not track sand, but close enough to the beach to walk there in under 5 minutes. beach service is included with this unit so walking there without having to carry chairs was a plus.The negatives about the unit: the smaller bedroom has some SERIOUS electrical issues. the circuit breaker that supplies power to the outlets and ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom kept popping when the ceiling fan and/or the lamp(s) in the bedroom were used. Maintenance was notified and the breaker was replaced and within 24 hours, with only the ceiling fan on, the new c/b continued to pop. We had to run out and purchase an extension cord so that we could use another outlet to have a light in the room since any use of outlets or the ceiling fan in the room kept popping the circuit breaker.The water pressure in both bathroom showers are also quite weak. If you have long hair, it will take you a LONG time to wash the shampoo out of your hair. The master bathroom has double showerheads in the walk-in shower but we had to use both shower heads at the same time to rinse the shampoo out of our daughter's hair because the water pressure was too weak using just one.Another issue was the amount of ducks that continuously swam in the pool by the restaurant and the amount of duck feces that was allowed to accumulate in the pool. Since the unit overlooks the pool, we watched daily for 5 days as the pool was never cleaned

It was fully equipped with all essentials, clean, and overall, a 5-star condominium. We've been renting at Sandpiper Cove since 1983, so we've had many great stays there. This condo was the best one we've stayed in.

My stay at condo #1230

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: was so excited after a long seven hour drive to Destin. After checking in at the office we was welcomed with a warm smile and a very nice Lady who was so nice and answered all of questions. When we entered our condo I was very pleased with how nice it was so after putting our clothes away I went to the store and bought the food that we needed when returning and putting my things into the fridge and freezer that is when I discovered that both was not very cold after checking to see if it had been turned down but to my dismay that the settings was turned up and was praying that it would get colder after flipping the breaker but to my dismay it did not so I called for someone come check it out. After doing so he said well let’s see if after keeping it closed it did get a little and to keep my things from spoiling he went and got two coolers with ice and put everything in them and left a couple bottles of water in the freezer. The next morning it was a little cooler than the day before but not cold enough to freeze the water bottles had not froze so we had to make do with the coolers. That was the first thing then I went to put some things in the washing machine and found that it was full of wet towels and the washer was full of mold and I had to clean it before I could use it now other than those things we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and stay again even in the same condo as long as the firigerator has been replaced.

Nice location, experienced ongoing construction in upstairs unit

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very nice. We enjoyed the view as well as the complex. However, we had the upstairs tenant working on her condo and the workers started at 7 am and continued to work until after 11 pm!!!!!!! We spoke with the management office and they had very little to say. We were angered that we payed for what we thought was a little rest and relaxation.... And we were woken up early and had continued noise and banging well into the night for at least two nights. It really took away from the experience. I realize that it is difficult to regulate owners, especially with construction, however, there should be some rules and regulations in place for this patrons that are renting other units.
