Very close to the Factory it Franklin, and backed up to a beautiful horse farm. Very comfy bed and very clean and quiet.

Adorable place surrounded by beautiful pasture. Looks like it was a barn that is converted into two mirror image living areas. There are 2 doors to enter and each side has living room, bedroom and bath! Nicely decorated. Beds were comfy! Washer and dryer are in bathroom. One washer has mold around door. However neither dryer worked. Owner was slow to respond about dryers and it wasn’t resolved while we were there. Hung my clothes to dry. Overall nice little place.

The house was perfect for 4 guests the location was amazing what a view of the horse farm. Everything you needed was there very well equipped and super comfortable beds would definitely stay again highly recommend.

To start with the description is misleading- there is no porch and it's not a house, but a barn. There are three buildings on the property and I wasn't told which one was mine or how to enter- I ended up bugging the other person who lived on the property and she called the owner until she answered. I recently had to start using a walker so I had asked the host if there were stairs because I use a walker and she said it wouldn't be a problem. It was a HUGE problem. There are steps to get to the room, the kitchen and they were too tall for me. This needs to be stated in the description- or at least mentioned when I emailed and asked. I ended up leaving after one night to stay somewhere else. The host offered only excuses and refused to refund me any money. I paid for a week and stayed one night. Not only that but after we found a hotel- I came back for my stuff and she was parked in my spot taking pictures on the property This is not a space for anyone who is handicapped, older, uses a walker or wants to work with an upfront host.
