Welcome to The Breezy Pineapple, your ultimate Largo, Florida vacation rental designed for unforgettable family fun and group getaways! Just minutes from the pristine Gulf beaches, this stylish and spacious home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and vibrant tropical vibes.
Imagine waking up and enjoying coffee on the patio before a day exploring nearby Indian Rocks Beach or Clearwater Beach. Our home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it ideal for large families or group vacations. Kids (and kids-at-heart!) will adore the
Before departure, please load and run the dishwasher if you have dirty dishes.
Lock all doors and windows.
Please return any furniture or objects moved during your stay to their original locations.
Please take all personal items with you, including chargers, clothing, and anything in the fridge. The cleaner is able to take left behind items to their warehouse if you are able to pick them up, however they are unable to ship any items.
Quiet Hours & Neighborhood
Please respect the neighbors—quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM that Largo strictly enforces for excessive noise. No parties or unauthorized guests.
Plumbing
To help keep everything flowing smoothly during your stay, we kindly ask that only toilet paper be flushed. Items like wipes, paper towels, and other products (even those marked “flushable”) can cause plumbing issues.
Pool Care
The pool is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. Between cleanings, if leaves or debris collect, feel free to use the pool net and attachments provided. It helps keep the pool sparkling for everyone, and we really appreciate it!
Propane Refills
We provide propane tanks for grill and fire pit, but refills are not guaranteed to be full.
If you plan to grill or fire pit and the tank is empty, you’re welcome to refill it at your own cost — there’s a Winn-Dixie just down the road.
Many guests pitch in this way to help keep the good vibes going for future stays. We appreciate your understanding!
Trash Reminder (for Thursday stays)
If your stay includes a Thursday, we’d be super grateful if you could roll the trash bins to the curb Wednesday night. It keeps everything fresh and tidy for the next guests.

We’re a family who loves to travel, especially with friends and extended family in tow. One of our favorite parts of staying at a Vrbo is having the space to relax, cook meals together, and enjoy quality time without feeling crowded. It’s the little things, having your own room to recharge, sharing a home-cooked dinner by the pool, or playing games late into the night, that make those trips unforgettable.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s the perfect blend of peaceful and convenient. You’re tucked into a quiet, family-friendly area that feels like a true getaway, but you’re still just a short drive from world-class beaches, great restaurants, grocery stores, and fun local attractions.
We love that it’s easy to get to Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks, and downtown St. Pete, but when you're at the house, it feels like your own private retreat. It’s a great spot for families or groups who want both relaxation and adventure right at their fingertips.

From the professionally designed interior to the spacious layout, it’s the perfect spot for families or groups who want to relax and make memories together. You'll find tons of space inside and a large backyard to unwind, play billiards, enjoy putt-putt golf, or have a blast at the private heated pool. The home also has all the conveniences that make longer stays easy — including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of storage.
We’re just off E Bay Drive, which makes beach days a breeze — you’re only a short, straight shot from some of Florida’s best coastline. And as animal lovers, we know how important it is to travel with your furry companions, so we’re happy to welcome them too!
