Newly renovated 3-bedroom, handicap accessible Delaware Bay beach house with in-ground pool, hot tub, 6-person sauna, cabana guest house, large fire pit, kayaks, bikes, and beach equipment.This open floor plan home features 3 bedrooms, a sleeper couch in the living room, and a poolcabana with a sleeper couch, with potential to sleep 10 guests.We have equipped our home with all the necessities for a beach vacation, so that you don’t have to. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen; with everything you need to cook with – if you choose to. The house also has bicycles, 3 kayaks, and all the beach equipment and games you will ever need.Spend your days on the Delaware Bay beach sunning, swimming, exploring the tide pools atlow tide, checking out the dolphins as they swim by, or taking a long walk at one of our nearbyocean beaches in Cape May, Cape May Point, Wildwoods. Tour Cape May, with all its worldclass restaurants, wineries, breweries, theaters, nature preserves, ocean beaches and otherattractions. Then come home to barbecue and relax around the pool, or in the hot tub, with acold drink.The in-ground pool varies in depth from just over 3 feet in the shallow end to 6 1/2 feet in thedeep end. It is not a diving pool. Take the 4-minute walk to our bay beach for world-classsunsets or drop a fishing line in to see what you can catch for dinner.This is a dog-friendly home, with access to one of the only dog-friendly beaches in the area.Take your “furry child” out for a long walk in the morning on the bay beach, and again at nightfor the evening ritual. Dogs are not allowed during the heat of the day on the bay beach fortheir own good. We accept up to 2 house-broken dogs under 40 pounds.We are centrally located in the little hamlet of Villas about an 11-minute drive to downtownCape May, and a 12-minute drive to the beaches and amusement piers in Wildwood.Drive a few minutes, and you are at the nearby Cape May Zoo with its zip-lines and uniqueraised platforms for viewing wildlife. If it rains you can relax inside and watch a movie on our full cable package, or Roku, or play one of the many games we have, or work on a jigsaw puzzle, or read a book from our library of thrilling detective, modern fiction, or non-fiction books. You will not lack for things to do.
